Assez médiocre, tous est vieux et usé, draps tachés et déchirés. Piscine minuscule et trouble (personne ne s'y baigne).
ne prenez pas e studio car la cuisine est inutilisable (aucun équipement et pas de gaz sous le réchaud)

It was good option for us - 5 mins walk to the seafood restaurants and near the airport. We booked 4 nights in standard room but upgraded to improved room next day - and it was very worth it, as the other room was newly refurbished and had new furniture. It was pretty clean 'in Bali standarts' with cool aircon. Breakfast options are nice (we liked the pancakes). We didn't use the pool here but booked scooter at reception. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel que se vende bajo 3 nombres, Zen Rooms y Asta Graham. Como todos los servicion en asia el hotel sigue el nivel, mediocre. No saben que es limpieza, no dan un desayuno decente, intentan ser serviciales pero a un nivel muy bajo. Esta cerca de la playa, por lo demas no hay nada que hacer en Jimbaran, calles sucias, olor a podrido... las marisquerias de la playa. Nada mas!

We just stayed here for the afternoon before catching a late flight out. Very close to a beautiful beach and some lovely places to eat right on the water. The common areas were very nice the room itself was very low-end but for the price it worked. The staff was phenomenal and very friendly and helpful!

Nice little hotel. We chose it for proximity to the airport, which was convenient. 10-min walk to a very nice beach. Rooms were clean, central courtyard very pleasant, breakfast good. Would go back for a short layover.

Lovely hotel perfect for exploring Uluwatu. Only downside for us was that the reception really struggled to speak English which made it hard to arrange things. As for a cheap room to stay in though I can't complain. You really need a bike to stay here but that's the same everywhere in Uluwatu. P.s make sure you head to single fin for a sunset drink

When we first checked in they charged us again after we had already paid through hotels.com
We could not bear this hotel, left early and forfeited our money we paid.
We had an enjoyable month holiday and this hotel did not offer anything of value nor show respect for their customers and their belongings

In poor neighbourhood, but not far from nice sandy beach. Airport is not far.

the worst room we stayed (out of 5) in Bali this month!! (we had a car and toured around the island for 13 days) sheets were dirty, the bathroom didn't even have ventilation so an automatic deodorant spray was spraying every 5' trying to cover all this filth! and on top of all a cockroach appeared on top of the fridge!!! killed it and threw it outside the room were the caretakers saw it and just kick it a few meters further.... The pool's water had a disgusting yellow colour and the breakfast was the worst we've eaten in 13 days of stay in Bali... However, we asked to change room (had to upgrade) and the guys helped us carry the suitcases on the 3rd floor (no lift) where things were much much better. if you need a cheap stay, just don't go to the cheapest room of this hotel! a few more $$ definitely make your stay bearable.

Nice hotel. Basic rooms. Small pool. Not a great deal around but nice beach very close by. Good for chilling out before you fly home. Very close to airport.

Booked this hotel for my sons birthday.we all had a fabulous time,,the manager and staff could not have been kinder to us.And the price we paid was great

We stayed in this hotel to be close to the airport. The pool was nice and it is close to the beach - do go and check out the beautiful sunset!

The hotel from the outside looks nice. The room was clean and good sized, our main problem was the bathroom as it looks worn out and the flush is very weak.

Hotel taxi to airport is 100K, non-metered taxi quoted us 60K and 80K. We ended up getting a metered taxi which cost 35K.

I needed a place to stay near the airport as a stop over point while waiting for a friend to arrive. This place was perfect. My flight got in very late (well after midnight) and the staff greeted me pleasantly despite the late hour. Breakfast the next morning was decent and I had enough time for a quick walk to the beach (under 10 min) before having to turn around and pick up my friend at the airport.
They just remodeled so the grounds are cute. If I was going to stay in that area longer I would've stayed at that hotel. The pool is very cute!

We booked and paid in advance for a "Deluxe" room which included a kitchenette (chosen because of the extra space) however on arrival we were given a" Superior " room that had access to a community kitchen.
When we approached management we were told that we could move to the 'Deluxe" room but it would cost extra.
It was not a good start to the stay, the cost difference was only about $5 per night but we did not get what we booked and it put us on the defensive. In saying that for the remainder of our stay the management and staff were very friendly and help-full.
