Pros:

Hotel perfeito para explorar Budapeste.
Muito central (muito próximo a pé da Ópera, da Igreja de Santo Estevão e de 2 estações de Hop-on Hop-off, também perto do Parlamento).
Quartos bem insonozirados em relação ao exterior.

Bom controle térmico do quarto (com toalhas sobre aquecimento central, o que permitia que estivessem quentinhas e sempre secas).
Ficámos em quartos de sótão - tínhamos a vista do topo do prédio em frente, com rococós barrocos lindíssimos e víamos o céu - maravilhoso!
Quartos muito limpinhos - funcionárias da limpeza simpáticas.
Oferta de rebuçados e mapa da cidade na entrada. Nos quartos ofereciam também 1 garrafa de água (mas a água da torneira é ótima), havia também uma chaleira, 3 saquetas de chá, 2 saquetas de café, açúcar e adoçantes.
Gostámos muito do Hotel e adorámos Budapeste!

Cons:

Única coisa menos positiva foi a pouca simpatia dos funcionários da receção, que também não eram muito prestáveis a dar informação turística nos mapas que disponibilizavam - mas admito que seja apenas barreira linguística
