Tang Palace Hotel

I have been a regular at Tang Palace Restaurant because their food is amazing and their buffet spread is well put together with loads of variety. The customer service is excellent especially CLINTON! They even have lovely gifts from the guest manager to their regular customers.. Definitely a place to relax eat and have meetings. I highly recommend them

The food here is amazing and the service is exceptional. The variety on their buffet menu is something i cannot get enough of. Special thanks to Clinton for his exceptional service.

I love everything about Tang palace,I am a very regular guest,I must say there is so much improvement in the past month.from the services,food,,especially the breakfast option is my favorite thing at tang palace.

I have enjoyed my stay at Tang Palace. They have quality and clean rooms with very friendly staff especially the Guest Service Manager who works extra to ensure guests are satisfied by asking the right questions at the right time. Great place to stay in multiple times!

Near to Kotoka airport. For comfort, good facilities eg gym & pool & excellent mix of local & foreign cuisines

My wife and I visited the continental restaurant this afternoon,we absolutely loved the food and the services .
After we mentioned to the lady manager our first time coming over,so brought us a customized key holder souvenir and that made our day memorial.
Well done guys.

My wife and I visited the continental restaurant on Sunday afternoon,oh wow the buffet had Chinese varieties with a bit of local dishes.
I was amazed and must say the service has improved so much.In the course of our meal we were interacted by the guest manager about the feedback 😍,we mostly see these kind of services in Dubai.she was so polite and professional.
Keep up the good works at the hotel.

Excellent Experience out at Tang palace hotel.
Love the staff and service.
The WiFi is so fast, from the airport was received in the lounge,then at the check in point was fast.
I was offered a complimentary drink and some cookies upon check in.
I think the service has improved in my view for the past 3 years I have been visiting the hotel.

I was glad I found a guest manager walking through to find out our experiences during lunch and at checkout.

The hotel is actually quite nice, just gets let down by small details. It's also expensive for food, £30 for a small burger, fries and small beer seems very expensive, maybe more so after just returning from Thailand. Wages are very low in Ghana so why so expensive.
Room was a superior, had 2 single beds below and 1 double upstairs.
Courtesy bus never turned up until 45 min late.
Room ok but tatty in places, many electrical sockets not holding the plug.

GREAT STAY!

After 16 hrs of traveling I'm glad I chose to stay at the Tang Palace Hotel. The lobby, the pool, the breakfast buffet and the room were all great. With this being my 1st trip to Africa I really did appreciate the friendliness of the staff. I could not be more appreciative with the service that Albert at the front desk provided.

We had a great stay at Tang Palace. The room was very clean and comfortable.The dinning options are good. The pool/bar area is very pleasant. And the service in all areas excellent.

The services were very good,the rooms are comfortable, the food presentation and quality were great.

In my next Visit to Accra,it would still be Thang Palace Hotel.

Uber is cheap to get to the shops. Staff friendly. Hotel boring no entertainment

We came in a large deligation yet everything was seamless. From the complementary airport shuttle for different arrival and departure times, to the speedy check-ins, timely communication and ensuring zero hitches or embarrasment for my guests!

It’s easy to see why this is considered the best 4-star hotel in Ghana. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the duplex setup is a brilliant option for families or anyone travelling with children — spacious, practical, and thoughtfully designed.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely. In fact, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I love the ambiance! From The security to the receptionist were just so on point! I love the juice at the reception and the food was great! The room was so neat and spacious! I had lovely pictures from every location! Serene environment I must say! I will come back again soon ! Thanks

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Nice pool which very quiet which was great for the kids.

The duplex room was huge and very comfortable for our family (only two towels though but quickly resolved the morning after we arrived)

Buffet in mornings suitably varied but the buffet in the evening was very overpriced for what was offered.

Only one real complaint and that’s the pick up process from the airport. I emailed ahead to pre book but upon arrival we waited a further 40 minutes in their office at the airport before anyone turned up to take us to the hotel. So be aware!
