GREAT STAY!

After 16 hrs of traveling I'm glad I chose to stay at the Tang Palace Hotel. The lobby, the pool, the breakfast buffet and the room were all great. With this being my 1st trip to Africa I really did appreciate the friendliness of the staff. I could not be more appreciative with the service that Albert at the front desk provided.

We had a great stay at Tang Palace. The room was very clean and comfortable.The dinning options are good. The pool/bar area is very pleasant. And the service in all areas excellent.

The services were very good,the rooms are comfortable, the food presentation and quality were great.

In my next Visit to Accra,it would still be Thang Palace Hotel.

Uber is cheap to get to the shops. Staff friendly. Hotel boring no entertainment

We came in a large deligation yet everything was seamless. From the complementary airport shuttle for different arrival and departure times, to the speedy check-ins, timely communication and ensuring zero hitches or embarrasment for my guests!

From the moment we arrived at 1am, the customer service was nothing short of excellent. The gentleman who checked us in was warm and professional, setting the tone for our entire stay. Special thanks to the manager, Lola, whose leadership is clearly reflected in how well the entire team operates — everyone truly understands what it means to deliver top-tier hospitality.

It’s easy to see why this is considered the best 4-star hotel in Ghana. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the duplex setup is a brilliant option for families or anyone travelling with children — spacious, practical, and thoughtfully designed.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely. In fact, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I love the ambiance! From The security to the receptionist were just so on point! I love the juice at the reception and the food was great! The room was so neat and spacious! I had lovely pictures from every location! Serene environment I must say! I will come back again soon ! Thanks

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Nice pool which very quiet which was great for the kids.

The duplex room was huge and very comfortable for our family (only two towels though but quickly resolved the morning after we arrived)

Buffet in mornings suitably varied but the buffet in the evening was very overpriced for what was offered.

Only one real complaint and that’s the pick up process from the airport. I emailed ahead to pre book but upon arrival we waited a further 40 minutes in their office at the airport before anyone turned up to take us to the hotel. So be aware!

It had all the amenities. Only negative was the pool closes at 6pm, which did not allow the kids time to get in after touring accra.

Quiet Business hotel that offers good ambience for both individual business stay as well as small team business sessions both residential and daily packages. Clean rooms, quiet ambience, professional well trained staff and good service. Good value for money business hotel

Vegan options minimal. I had to request special meals , which means no chance of dessert beyond fruits. Even the fruit options were limited.

After a disappointing stay at a more hyped property, Tang Palace Hotel gave me everything I didn’t realize I was missing. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere felt composed and confident. There was no standing at the counter to check in—we were seated in the lobby, offered a refreshing drink, and kindly checked in while we relaxed. That small gesture set the tone for the entire stay.

The suite was spacious and well-thought-out. My son had a loft with his own bathroom, giving us both space and privacy—a level of comfort that truly matters during longer trips. The interior design was rich and classic, featuring deep-toned, luxurious furniture that felt more custom than commercial. While the view was compromised due to nearby construction, the value for the price was unmatched.

The on-site restaurant delivered some of the most consistently tasty meals I’ve had in a hotel setting. The buffet included jollof rice, grilled chicken, baked plantains, watermelon juice, fresh pastries, and rotating local and continental dishes—flavorful, balanced, and clearly prepared with care. We also stopped by the boutique shop in the lobby, which offered thoughtful souvenirs and essentials—something more hotels should consider.

Though there was live music in the dining area, it was limited to special events or paid experiences, which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. Still, the overall vibe remained warm and relaxed.

We even enjoyed the small gym across the street—clean, functional, and a nice bonus.

Tang Palace Hotel doesn’t chase trends—it delivers quiet luxury, good food, and practical comfort. I’d absolutely stay again.

I loved everything about the restaurant yesterday from the warm reception and the tasty food to the unforgettable surprise proposal. The ambiance was simply perfect, it was very cozy.The staff ware attentive ensuring we ( my partner and I)had everything we needed and their friendly service made the experience even more special. The attention to detail in the decor and overall setup created the perfect atmosphere for a memorable afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. It was truly an experience worth repeating.

I went there with work colleagues for the lunch buffet. The whole experience was very enjoyable. The food was really good. I loved the buffet as well the service delivery. The ambiance was also excellent and exquisite. I would definitely do this again sometime.

My favorite hotel in Accra. It’s being a while I stayed in Accra, and I was happy to return to Ghana for business.
My choice was undoubtedly aimed to live in Tang Palace hotel. I wish to thank to the team of hotel for outstanding service. Rooms were clean and well maintained, high speed internet, delicious breakfast and friendly personel. Special appreciate for Chinese restaurant and courtesy service of airport shuttle.
In brief I wish to admit, that I enjoyed to stay in Tang Palace and always will live there in future and strongly recommend this hotel both for business or family visit to Accra.
In fact I want to thank to front desk team and supervisor Lolita- guys you are top class professional and very friendly. These people were always in my disposal with any type of support.
Once again, I wish to admit my high satisfaction with service I received at Tang Palace and waiting for new opportunities to visit Ghana and will obviously live at Tang Palace again.

Food was very tasty. Would have been nice to have more rice options though. More fruit options (dessert) would have also been great like mango and pawpaw. Fried plantain and spaghetti would also have been very good additions as well as coconut water
