Pros:

Ajánlom mindenkinek. Valóban igényes hotel. A reggeli pedig extrém finom. Köszönök mindent.

Cons:

A ciklon hatalmas esőzéseket hozott a hegyekbe. Óriási zuhatagokat képezett. Csodálatos látvány volt a völgyből. Nem éreztük veszélyben magunkat, mert biztonságos volt minden. Kaptuk a vészjelzést a telefonunkra, gondoskodtak rólunk. Köszönjük mindenkinek aki vigyázott a turistákra ilyen szinten.

Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait, le personnel très aimable, la proprété impeccable. Les repas sont servir via un buffet, avec un grand choix varié de plats.

Cons:

Si je peux me permettre une remarque: les lumières dans l'espace bar/restaurant en haut pourraient être revues. Pour une soirée festive (soirée du nouvel an), cette forte lumière néon gâchait un peu l'atmosphère d'une soirée sinon très bien pensée.

Enjoyable but room for improvement.
Pros:

View, breakfast and location were good. A dual aspect view from the roof terrace was particularly good.

Cons:

Lower floor reception and lower dining area - dingy. A general interior update would have made the experience more enjoyable, at the price point. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Es war alles zufriedenstellend!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Erker-Zimmer, Frühstück war - bis auf den frisch gepressten Orangensaft und Sekt - mäßig. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, gegenüber liegt das Meer.

Cons:

Man muss erst mal die Treppe runter gehen, um zu der "versteckten" Rezeption zu kommen.

The reception staff and one bar staff person were not properly trained for their jobs. One receptionist in particular was rude, aggressive and unhelpful. A woman in reception shouted at us twice "this is not a 5 star hotel" totally unacceptable behaviour.

Die Lage direkt an der Uferstraße (wenig befahren) und zwischen den beiden fast 1000 m hohen Felsmassiven ist genial und das leckere Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse auch
