Great location and clean and tidy
Nothing
Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold foods.
The room was very clean and of comfortable size.
The lift was not working.
Local to NAC for attending Go Dive show
Lift out of order - rooms on 2nd floor and not checked if this was ok and accessible.
Curtain in room 241 hanging off. Bed uncomfortable and a good night sleep not had - this coupled with excessively loud road noise also heard in room 240 did not give a restful nights sleep
The included breakfast was great! Plenty of choice. A variety if options from fruit and yoghurt to full cooked breakfast and a choice of pastries.
Only peeve was the slow draining used water from the sink basin.
Excellent breakfast. Shame the lift was put of order and we were on the 3rd floor not what you need after a night out.
Being on the 3rd floor and the lift being out of order
Room was great, bar was great and breakfast was lovely.
Jeycard didn't work on our room so eventually we had to move rooms. However sorted without fuss.
It was really clean, staff were great and check in was swift and easy. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable - Breakfast was delicious too. We had major issues whatsoever
There was an issue with the lift - it was broken both days we were there, I don't think they were able to get it fixed but it was alright as walking up the stairs wasn't an issue. We had a small issue with the toilet which we notified the staff of and they got it looked at
Staff were extremely helpful. Room had view of surrounding countryside. Comfortable bed. Fantastic powerful shower. Great location.
Room was uncomfortably hot despite turning radiator down, opening window and using the plug in fan. Blinds missing some of vertical pieces. Shower over bath didn’t drain quickly. Fire doors wedged open.Lift out of order- OK but one recovering from knee injury and other with lower limb weakness- managed accordingly but may be helpful to inform guests before travel.
Was fine, as expected was a largely corporate venue in the day. Bathroom was a high standard. Bed was comfortable.
Heating caused early morning ‘knocking’ in the pipes; nearby traffic could be heard through the glazing; and unfortunately the lift being out of order was an unhelpful with a second floor room and a case.
Great location for near by towns and Stoneleigh Show ground
The location
The lift didn’t work, none of the drink stations worked
Great hotel. Comfortable clean and good value. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really lovely. The breakfast had a great choice and everything was hot.
Lift was out of order. But these things can't be helped.
