Great place to stay, friendly staff, price reasonable.
Pros:

Staff friendly, room spacious, evening meal in restaurant delicious. Close to family & friends that live nearby.

Cons:

The curtain round the shower in the wet room was not long enough so water spread round the floor.

A perfect way to break up a long journey
Pros:

Room good with Juliet balcony and excellent country view. Road noise during daytime but didn't bother us. Breakfast good with wide choice. Staff friendly, Great parking and lovely grounds. Short drive to town.

Pros:

location is just outside Coventry and BHam is easy to reach. Bathroom looked pretty new. Breakfast buffet has all you want and restaurant serves good food for dinner

It was all good, no complaints, however, since you ask, I'd've liked to sit in the var for an hour or two after coming back atv11pm or so, from a party where I couldn't drink, being the driver; so I was disapointed the bar had closed. But, it's not a complaint, just something I'd've felt was icing on the cake.

Great place to stay near Leamington and Warwick
Pros:

The hotel is excellent in value for money. Very well located to discover the Leamington Spa and Warwick area. Everything was spotless and the room was very comfy. A detail I loved was the water and coffee machines free for clients at any given time during the day. Stuff was very polite and attentive. Breakfast was not the best in the world yet very complete and good value for the price.

Cons:

Our room was a bit noisy due to heavy traffic close to the hotel during the day. Minor detail and not a big deal for us but worthy to consider if you are someone bothered by that.

I really enjoyed the experience. I would love to stay there again.
Pros:

Great location, lovely big soft bed, very spacious and clean bedroom. Very comfy seating areas and lounge with free hot drink selection. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice of both continental and cooked food.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the main road so it was quite noisy as we had the windows open.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Staff very welcoming on arrival. Room comfortable, clean and airy. Made to feel that nothing was too much trouble.

We arrived early hoping to buy some lunch but they weren’t serving food until 6pm. This meant we had to go out again to find something to eat.
