The clearning only provided towels on a daily basis. You have to request to have beds and sheets made, changed.

Friendly staff and comfortable stay
Pros:

Adam was phenomenal he was the sweetest and kindest to us. We got put into a room where the ac didnt work and it was really warm and we have a baby and he moved us happily and even offered to help move our stuff.

Cons:

The beds were a little stiff

A disappointing experience to say the least

Took DND card off door so it could be cleaned and have trash emptied and fresh towels replaced, no one from housekeeping came in after we left in the morning.
When we returned Saturday evening there was a party with about 20 kids running all through the hallways playing on the elevators slamming the door next to us, adults slamming the doors over and over at 9:30 at night. Front desk attendant first time I complained said he never knows what to do in this situation. After coming back to our room they continued to run in and out of the room next door slamming the door and running and yelling through the hallway. I called the front desk and told him he needed to do something about it or call someone who does know. Offered for me to change rooms. I refuse to have to pack all of our stuff tonight and move to another room when we check out in the morning. I'm appalled that he wanted me to move rather than addressing the guests who are out of control.
I frequently stay at Holiday Inns when I travel for work, but most likely will look into a different hotel chain who knows how to control their guests who don't follow hotel policies.
Extremely unhappy with my stay and cannot wait to check out in the morning.

Pros:

The beds very comfortable and the price was very reasonable! Breakfast was delicious the cook was a little slow in keeping things filled up but we cld have come down at a busy time to.

Cons:

The only complaint we wld have is the breakfast stuff was almost empty wen we got there and it took her a long time to get it filled up and the cinnamon rolls were cold but we heated em in microwave .

Perfect
Pros:

Clean and quiet and well maintained with a great breakfast, pool and even dog free floors! What a pleasant surprise. Super staff. Everything great! Next door to best local dinner spot in town too.

The location was good.

Cons:

Staff however was not guest-friendly. We had to stand there long time to get checked in. We were first told that what we booked was not available. The staff could not figure out payments were already made and told us that we needed to contact Booking.com ourselves. It was only after we escalated to manager on duty, things were resolved and we were able to get to our room.

Excellent hotel and everything is good
Pros:

I like the greenery surrounded by hills and my stay was excellent. The breakfast is soo good . I love the cinnamon rolls and egg white. The rooms are really great and pool.

Overnight in Cumberland
Pros:

We stayed overnight. Parking was easy. Area looked safe. Staff was great and the hot breakfast was good to eat prior to leaving on our journey back. The interior especially the carpet looked a little dated but clean. There was a musty smell on initially entering the room that went away with turning on the AC.
