Wow what a fabulous hotel.
Pros:

The property was great. However on checking in, they didn’t have a reservation for us !! Luckily after a little while it was all sorted, but we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to stay there!!! It really ruined our experience!!

Cons:

Property was great. No problems about from then not receiving our booking from yourselves !!
Really bad of booking.com to do this to people. I won’t be using you again !!

Great hotel in a perfect location for visiting the o2.
Pros:

Perfect for visiting the o2. The rooms were spacious and clean. Had a great night sleep, no noise from other guests. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Pros:

Great location for the O2, extremely clean and comfortable. We are at the 1st floor restaurant and the food was superb.

Cons:

The Sky bar on the 18th floor closed at 1am. For a hotel that will no doubt have a large number of guests going to gigs it seemed very odd. We were among a number of guests who were in the bar spending money who were turfed out at 1am. I thought this was off bearing in mind how expensive the rooms are. Bars should be open for guests if they are paying over £300 for a room. I am teetotal so this was not about access to alcohol but about access to a space to relax and catch up with friends post gig. I thought it was poor.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, staff are amazing. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Less than a 2 minute walk to the o2. Will be staying here again

Really close to The O2 easy Access

A lot of money for one night when not really that much more luxurious than a Travelodge ,pillows way too soft with me and my son ended up with bad neck

Had a lovely stay and brilliant access to the O2
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast but it looked like there was a good selection.

Cons:

Small damages to wallpaper and stains in the bathroom/Hairs on bathrobe. Overall nothing too bad.
