This hotel was wonderful. Ideally located for the O2 with its own private entrance into the O2 (which was ideal after the show) super friendly staff and excellent service all round.

Bed was super comfy, well equipped rooms and everything you needed for a luxury stay.

Its not cheap, but thats the price you pay for quality and this level of service.

We had a 2 night stay here whilst attending a concert at the O2 for which it's perfect accommodation as it's so close. They have so many staff - even ones to press the lift buttons, and they are so professional. Every single one went the extra mile to make our stay special. We had room service food after the concert, of which there was lots of choice. Breakfast had everything imaginable on the menu. We'll be back when we visit the O2 again.

The location was perfect for us. We were attending two night converts at The O2 Arena which was next to the hotel and there was a private walkway to the arena.
