Looking forward to our next stay!
Pros:

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We had an upgrade which was lovely given we had travelled 6 hours by car to get to the hotel.

Cons:

Was unable to pre book parking so to be aafe we parked at the arena car park 1. Which is a bit of a walk to the hotel with luggage.

Pros:

Bardzo wysoki standard hotelu. Zasłużone 5 -gwiazdek. Personel zawsze miły, uśmiechnięty i służący pomocą. Do tego bardzo smaczne śniadania. I lokalizacja hotelu też bardzo dobra. Bardzo polecam ten hotel.

Amazing, Comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

It was close to the O2 and all staff were helpful and friendly. The room was stunning with a nice shower separate from the bath and a very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed breakfast and sat at a table next to the window facing the Thames.
