We komen graag nog eens terug naar Ijen Suites & Convention hotel in Malang
Pros:

Het personeel van de receptie! Ontzettend lief, mooi en professioneel, ze dachten constant mee als we ergens een vraag over hadden of een boeking nodig hadden voor onze aansluitende reis.

De ligging van het hotel is gelukkig wat verder weg van de drukke weg waardoor het hotel een baken van rust is in de hectiek van Malang.

Cons:

Het personeel in het restaurant mag wel een training krijgen in snelheid van handelen en proactiviteit. Plezier in je werk en onderling lachen en grapjes maken met elkaar mag niet ten koste gaan van goed gastvrouwschap voor de gasten in het restaurant. Hier moet de restaurantmanager echt wat mee doen.

Hotel looks nice for a photo shoot, but quality of service is low.
Pros:

The facility itself is quite nice and well constructed and stylish, with a nice indoor/outdoor dining area and a nice pool area that works fairly well for lap swimming and has neat lion statues spouting water for fountains and outdoor showers.

Cons:

The facility is not well maintained. The carpets in the hallways are dirty/ugly. The spa, including showers is dirty and the jacuzzi is cold. The staff are superficially friendly and don't seem to genuinely care about what kind of service they are providing, as evidenced by their lack of response to concerns expressed. The breakfast buffet had nice Indonesian food that was all cold and staff couldn't care less that it was.

Duschen var lite konstig byggt. Det blev vattenpöl i duschen efter man har duschat. Måste sparka ner vattnet i dusch brunnen

Hotel jest bardzo wygodny, oferuje smaczne i zróżnicowane śniadania (batdzo doceniliśmy śniadanie przygotowane na zamówienie, gdy jeździliśmy na wycieczki w nocy czy też rano). Hotel oferuje dużo atrakcji w strefie SPA (niektóre w cenie]. Lokalizacja jest niezła, w okolicy jest kilka smacznych restauracji

Door slechte hygiëne niet comfortabel.
Pros:

De ligging.

Cons:

Erg smerig. Schimmel in de badkamer en overal smerige voegen. Haren van andere mensen. Rondom oud en vies. Overigens lijkt dat niet zo bij aankomst.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Très grande chambre , piscine agréable, personnel prévenant, nombreux services à disposition. Possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner préparé si vous partez avant 6 heures.
