W Three Premier Hotel Lagaligo

First time stay at this hotel and it blown my mind with the services! Awalnya krn rekomendasi dari teman, trus sy merasakannya sendiri. Lokasi hotel sangat strategic. Kamarnya jg nyaman dan bersih. Untuk breakfast mungkin varian menu bisa dibanyakin lg yaa. Staff receptionnya ramah dan cantik.. klo ga salah inget namanya Sinta.. thanks to her it helped me a lot to find good places and good foods while I stay in Makassar. Definitely will come back, thanks Wthree LagaLigo Team

I had been stay here for couple days n it's such a great experience stay here, the rooftop actually, love the ambiance, the service just need more entertainment for rooftop like acoustic performance might be will be more for guest like me who love spent my time in out of my room! But overall thanks for the service! Keep it up!

Menu breakfast was good and completed for 3 stars hotel. So enjoy to stay here with warm welcome by all staff i ever met. Wifi good enough at my room.Location very strategic

A nice hotel with affordable price, strategic location, and helpful receptionist and security people. Room and toilet was spacy enough for two persons. Only one small note, the corner of the mirror was broken, and the engineer only put sealant on it, I suggest to replace for guest’s safety reason. I purchased via tiketcom though I didn’t get a chance to taste their breakfast. Overall was a good experience.

nice hotel with nice location. it is located near city center, you can get around easily. the FO staff was very helpful n friendly. keep up with the good greetings guys. on the 3rd day I got problem with hot shower, but they fix it immediately after I tell to FO staff. the bad side is only the carpet, i think it should be replaced with new one. the old one was looked dusty.

overall this hotel is good. We ordered 2 rooms and specifically we ordered twin rooms because we are a family of brothers and sisters. but when we did the check in, the reservation said no more twin and we got double. We insisted that we already specified that in our booking remarks, and something that we are quite upset, this staff finally gave in and give us the twin rooms but not with a HAPPY face.
our input is that the management needs to train their reservation staff to always serve customers with a smile.
but beside that "incident" we are quite happy with the hotel. It is close to the restaurants and the location is one of the reason why we choose this hotel

Newly opened, small, boutique hotel - fresh

This hotel lacks any facilities except a top-floor smoking area. You can only sleep here. The ground-floor "Cafe" and top-floor restaurant offer the same "snack" menu & Bintang beer (no liquor). You must go outside for a proper meal / drink.

Because it is new (opened for just 3-months, as of Nov 2015), it is "fresh" and that counts for a lot. Everything was working, but a ref. was lacking. Otherwise, the in-room condiments were top knotch, including the safe; although there was no hand soap or face / hand towel.

Let's see how it works, once opened for a year.

It was quite good experience, value for money given that the hotel is just
having soft opening.
