The reviews that call this place a hidden gem are true! The amount of space in the suite is beyond compare to anywhere else in Paris for the nightly rate (you’d be paying at least $1k/night for a suite like this). Honestly it’s a steal. The place is immaculate - and I say this as someone who is practically obsessive when it comes to cleaning. The bathroom is enormous with a luxurious giant rain shower head (think 12” pizza size) and huge soaking tub. The robes and slippers were such a lovely touch to have available. The kitchen and dining area are stocked with everything you need -pots, plates, silverware, glasses, etc). And the hotel staff are so kind! They even had a little stuffie and sweet note waiting for my son when we checked in. We stayed in the executive suite (topaz room) as a family of 3 and were more than comfortable. The property is so convenient to the Bastille metro and my son (5 years old) loved running through the mist fountain at bastille. There is a lovely authentic Italian restaurant at the corner (Il quadrifoglio) where the wait staff are SO kind and the food is amazing. If you are lucky enough to find a vacancy here, jump on it. You won’t find anywhere better.

The wonderful and friendly staff at Goralska really make this place top tier.

The rooms are spacious, artfully decorated, and provide bathrooms with wonderful counter space and excellent water pressure and temperature control in the shower. Less than a 10 minute walk from the Opera Bastille, Goralska is the perfect place for opera lovers. Nearby restaurants serve outstanding meals for reasonable prices by Parisian standards. The greatest asset of the hotel is its staff who are gracious, welcoming, and helpful. I will be back!

Considering the exuberant rates for 5-star and 4-star accommodations in the city of Paris, this one offers luxury, value, and amazing customer service.

The girls at the front, Emilie and Claudia, are total gems and make the experience that much more enjoyable. They’re knowledgeable and always willing to help and do anything in their power for the guest to have the best experience possible. They’re the best decision hotel management has made in years.

The hotel itself is conveniently located a 7-minute walk from the Bastille metro station which is a perfect hub to take the 1-line to other places in the city to experience the main tourist attractions.

It’s also a 20-minute walk from Notre Dame and perhaps a 35-minute walk from the Louvre.

I highly recommend this hotel. If you value your morning breakfast, this hotel provides a customized order sheet that you present the evening before and you designate at what time you want your breakfast delivered the following morning.

Convenience for the guest is definitely a quality this hotel prioritizes.

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of our place, the kindness and efficiency of the staff, and our wonderful breakfast. It is clean and in 20 min walking distance to Notre Dame and the Marais.

The staff were wonderful and the room was excellent.

My room was beautifully decorated and overlooked the St Martin canal. Breakfast was included in my fee and offered an amazing set of choices, all of which were delivered to my room. Staff are caring and welcoming, definitely going out of the way to meet your needs and be helpful.

We absolutely loved the location of this property. Paris during the holidays is way overcrowded and it was always a nice respite to get back to our hotel after days of fighting crowds around the city. The warm welcome we received from Agatha after first arriving from the airport was lovely and set us up for a nice stay during our time in Paris. The staff were always warm, friendly and accommodating. Our room was the perfect size for my husband and I and having the view of Bassin de L’Arsenal was added bonus. The daily continental breakfast was delicious. We will most likely stay here again when we come to Paris again.
