overall clean room and nice staff. our toilet water didn’t fill up in its own until the middle of the night. every use before that, we had to fill up the trash can with water and dump it in the toilet tank just so we could flush. no elevator but not so bad since there are only 2 floors.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was horrible. We requested a ground floor room because my husband has bone cancer. They did not pay attention to our request and put us upstairs. I HAD TO DRAG ALL OUR STUFF UPSTAIRS WITH OUR DOGS, BYMYSELF BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A ELEVATOR.

Neither TV nor telephone in room were working.
Staff were very helpful in trying to help with the TV, but it was quite annoying as we arrived later than expected and were very tired.

Our rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. We had our dog and everything went very smooth. He was calm and comfortable coming in and going out. The area had some streets that were safe to comfortablely walk him around. We highly recommend this dog friendly hotel. It is the best we have ever stayed at.

We did not care much forvthe coffee in the room or from the coffee machine in the lobby.
Would prefer whatcthey had a few years back.
We will still stay there as it is not a show stopper for use. We like the staff and the facility

It was a nice clean place right off the highway. Have the building was under construction but the place was good for a quick night stay on your travels.
