Pros:

The location was great for the cathedral and close enough to the city centre to walk

Pros:

The lady doing breakfast was friendly. The shower cubicle was a decent size.

Cons:

Wasn't aware that needed code to obtain access or would not gave booked.Also this by no means can be described as a hotel its at best a B&B.I could not find any instructions on how to contact anyone if there was an issue as apart from lady doing breakfast never saw a member of staff.

So much.
It was not clean. The shower did not work properly during the heatwave. The owner said it was fine but it really wasn’t. Breakfast was dreadful. The kitchen area did not feel clean

Do not stay here!

Nothing, we couldn't stay there as it was disgusting

Cons:

Muliple iron marks on the carpet, curtains hanging off rail, mould in shower, musty smell in room. huge dirty air conditioning system right outside our window, Drug addicts and homeless hanging around outside front door.

Photographs on booking.com nothing like reality.

Beds comfy

Cons:

Location about 20 mins walk to centre. Needs tlc, could be really nice, got potential. Fan in bathroom on for ages. Can't fill kettle dies go under tap have to fill cup up and pour in kettle, plug near floor to connect. Stayed in room 5, Self check in and out. Would be nice to offer a breakfast like fruit cereal in the room in the fridge.

Wonderful night in Liverpool
Pros:

Ann was lovely to talk to and gave me tips about the city. We enjoyed the hotel. It was luxurious and a very beautiful property. My deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and plentyful and the location was so close to everything was walked the whole time we stayed.

Cons:

If Paul McCartney visited us!

Disappointing in the extreme

Location was good

Cons:

The room was in a poor state of repair. I reported the shower riser broken and soap dish. I was promised this would be tended to - it wasn’t. We had no room service at all on the Friday - no tea, coffee, bins emptied or fresh towels and toilet paper! The carpet was in an appalling condition and the general decor was tired. Not good value for what we paid - a deluxe apartment!
We would never stay in that establishment again and the basement kitchen was a health hazard! Breakfast included? - it wasn’t!
