No central heating, wifi information wasn’t in the room so it got missed in the hallway, didn’t meet any staff, no real service or cleaning, interior was tired generally

Room was what we needed for the night, comfortable, spacious, good check in and check out time. easy enough instructions to follow to get in accommodation without desk to check in. would recommend accomdation

The best and my regards to Ann will be visiting again
Pros:

I am an editorial content creator , I was glad the rooms are as pictures if not better and Staff was the best Gorgeous Ann was so accommodating, reliable, understanding and caring. She is expectional and a good problem solver .

Pros:

the room was a great size, lovely big windows. included a tv, and radiator you could control- really liked this! I like how there was also a make up area!

Cons:

its hard because I don't like giving negative feedback, but the room is just so tired and dated. the wallpaper is coming off the wall, I think one of the plug sockets didn't work as when we tried to turn the lamp on it wouldn't work, but when we moved the plug it did... the curtain is hanging off the rail on the top, the bathroom has a ridiculous amount of build up of limescale- it just isn't getting cleaned properly. there's an iron burn on the floor, dust around by the lamps, and the light in the bathroom- you can barely see in there! realistically that room is only worth 60£ a night at best, and I think they need to reevaluate their prices if they are not going to do anything about the quality of their rooms.
