We only stayed one night but the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. They were also gracious enough to give us a late checkout as we checked in really late.

While attempting to check in, a bed bug crawled from the counter where I brought it to the managers attention and she said she hadn’t seen one in a month. The property was dark so I also didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood.

Older hotel, but obvious investments made in attempt to make it nice. The staff were very helpful. But after checking in and attempting a late afternoon nap, I decided I would not stay the night as the bed was not comfortable and the AC unit was terribly loud. I didn’t try to get my money back even though I was there less than two hours, as I realized it would be useless.

Non smoking room that stunk of smoke. Bathroom wasn't cleaned.

The room was clean and recently updated. The building is dated, but upkept. It is in a residential area.

We were given unfinished room supposedly after renovation. The room was not clean, broken shower, broken doors (bathroom and main).

Floors were slick from cleaner. Only provided a couple towels. Pillows are not good at all.

There is no other word except disgusting, substantial amount of hair on the shower drain grate, and around the base of the shower. Very moldy and gross shower curtain. Empty soap, conditioner, and shampoo containers. Not even a trash can in the room. Tiny low quality pillows and towels. No wash cloths. Clerk tells you that once you go to the room to see it that there are no refunds after that. Even had to wait outside the hotel for over 30 minutes until the clerk came there to check us in. This was a really bad experience, and this hotel does not in any way live live up to its ratings that are in my opinion OBVIOUSLY faked.

Joe was nice and the whole family was nice

Nice room. Pleasant manager at check-in. TV was not a clear picture, but overall the place was nice.

Hotel was nice and clean. The only problem was the strong smoke odor. A non smoking room shouldn't have that smell. It took me a while to get used to it.

Ghetto neighborhood. Dirty room. Water stains everywhere. Property not maintained at all.

From the outside this property didn’t stand out, but the room was spacious and comfortable. No pool or laundry but that’s fine.

Was there to catch a flight in the morning hotel was amazing for 72 a night will stay again

Staff were very nice and friendly. It was safe and quiet. I was able to leave my vehicle and use the transit system without anything happening to it.

Excellent quality price ratio for me !!
