Entrance to reception was stunning and so welcoming all staff have been so very helpful and friendly.
My room in the hotel was above and beyond my expectations.
Cleaned daily mini fridge restocked daily.
Storage in my room was amazing.
Highest of standards across all levels.

We stayed 1 week at Duja Didim Hotel again as a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children, and loved it. Our Village Family Suite had plenty of space and was clean and modern. From reception to housekeeping, every staff member we met was kind and helpful. We felt especially well looked after by Mr Onur from the front office, who worked hard to make sure we got the room we wanted.

The location is fantastic; the resort sits right on the seafront and the water is crystal-clear. We spent lots of time swimming and playing on the beach. The on-site aqua park has plenty of slides for adults and children, so our kids were never bored. The animation team also set up daily beach-volleyball matches and other games, making it easy to stay active.

Food was very good. The main buffet restaurant always had lots of choice, and there are several à la carte options including Italian, seafood and Turkish menus. Snacks were readily available too, from a döner kebab stall with fresh gozleme to a Belgian waffle stand. The resort even has its own Starbucks, which is included in the all-inclusive concept – a great treat for coffee lovers. Bars and cafés around the resort served everything from cocktails to coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the friendly service, good food and fun activities. It remains one of our favourite family hotels.

Wir waren Ende Juli 2025 für 3 Nächte im Duja Hotel in einer Village Suite. Schon beim Check-in versuchte man uns ein kleineres Zimmer im Hauptgebäude unterzuschieben – angeblich „teurere Kategorie“. Erst nach Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigung bekamen wir die gebuchte Suite. Als junges türkisches Paar aus Deutschland hatte man das Gefühl, nicht ernst genommen zu werden.

Das Bett war sauber, der Boden leider nicht – Haare und Staub waren sichtbar. Die Minibar wurde täglich aufgefüllt, das war positiv, aber die Klimaanlage funktionierte zeitweise nicht. Der Rezeption war das egal, ein Techniker kam nie. Der Service war nur an den Bars freundlich.

Das Buffet bot große Auswahl, aber geschmacklich oft enttäuschend (5/10). Nach 16 Uhr gab es nirgends mehr Eis, selbst im Starbucks nicht – bei 40+ Grad ein No-Go. Viele Getränke standen zwar auf der Karte, waren aber nicht verfügbar.

Lage: etwas außerhalb von Didim, mit dem Taxi ca. 20 Min. Die Shops im Hotel sind massiv überteuert – teils doppelte Preise, sogar bei Zigaretten. Wassersportangebote waren extrem teuer, Fotos kosteten oft mehr als das Erlebnis selbst.

Für 900 € für 3 Nächte erwartet man mehr. Kein früher Check-in trotz Anfrage, viele Gäste unangenehm laut oder respektlos, sehr viele Kinder. Für das Geld bekommt man z. B. in Bodrum, Fethiye oder international deutlich bessere Hotels. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful trip with our family. The pool and beach area were relaxing and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ismail from guest services for arranging our dinners. The food was excellent and there was a variety of options.

End of season so understandable. Only issue was repetative food menu and running out of certain alcohol. Place was clean, staff were very attentive, lots of chairs and seating options.

Otel çok güzel olumlu özellikleri saymakla bitmez ancak ne beklediğinize bağlı olarak da durum değişir. İsraf hat safhada ana restoran dışında bahçede konumlanmış restoranlarda fastfood tarzı yiyecekler çıkıyor, restoranda her öğün bir şenlik ama hindiyi çok seven bir işletme çeşit az olsa lezzet arttırılsa sanki daha iyi olabilirdi… Ancak aç kalmak imkansız yemek konusunda olumsuz yorumlara aldanmayın alkol kullanmıyoruz biz ancak her konuda her tarafı dolu bir işletme. Bana göre olumsuz yönleri ise plajı facia kayalık dolu ancak yan tarafa gitmedik halk plajı ayrı bi dünya ve güzellik oraya gidilebilir. Asıl beni rahatsız eden şey garsonların kaba oluşu ilk gün öğlen girdiğimiz için bize kimse saatler konusunda bilgi vermedi geç girdiğimiz restorandan yemek alırken dövülmediğimiz kaldı oradaki garson yemek saati bittik topluyoruz demesiyle kendisine bende bi anda siyah kuşağımı çantadan çıkarıp belime bağlayacaktım ki neyse ki dövseydin demekle yetindim bu da ona yeter sanırım otel yönetimi de yalandan ilgileneceğiz dediler ama fosssss

4 gece konakladık girişten itibaren bahsetmek istiyorum.
Odaya eşlik eden bell boydan otelle ilgili bilgi vermesini beklerdim 'karşı tarafta büyük bina görürsünüz her şey orada' deyip geçiştirdi.
Genel anlamda temizlikten memnundum oda ve havlular temizdi. Otele gitmeden önce okuduğum yorumlarda restoranın temizliğinin yetersiz olduğunu görüp tedirgin olmuştum. Boş ve kirli masaların temizlenmesi, çok yoğun olmasa da uzun sürüyor. Ve evet gelen su bardağı kirliydi değiştirmelerini rica ettim. Sonrasında kahvaltıdaki çay bardağı da kirli olduğu için içmeyip bıraktım. (Lekeli değil kirliydi.).
Restoran şeflerinden Mehmet Bey'in işini severek yaptığı belli kendisine ve ismini tam hatırlayamadığım Servet'e (?) kibarlıkları, ilgileri ve güler yüzleri için özellikle teşekkür ediyorum.
Yemekler çoğunlukla aynı ama çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Yer bulma konusunda sorun yaşamadık.
Havuz temiz şezlonglar yeterliydi. Deniz ise taşlık kesinlikle deniz ayakkabısı öneririm iskeleden girseniz bile kaya var. Kumluk alandan girmek isterseniz halk plajıyla birlikte dolayısıyla aşırı kalabalık.
Beni rahatsız eden konu DND olmasına rağmen odaya 2 kez girilmesiydi.

4 night stay with friends . Lovely hotel that wasn’t too big . Lovely view from room .
Room was big enough with fully stocked fridge everyday . Bed was comfortable however they gave us one small lightweight rough blanket which was too small and no sheet for the top . Asked for another and it didn’t appear . So rather chilly throughout the night .
Pool and sunbed area good .
Bar drinks good .
Snack area by jetty very poor . Cold food , better snack area by main pool .
Restaurant had good choice but like every all inclusive restaurant the food was just warm .
The staff were nice , helpful and friendly .
Not a great entertainment venue maybe it will be in the summer months .
Overall a nice hotel

I was very pleased with the service, the personnel that used the buggy were very helpful especially Kemal. The food was great, they provided a large variety. We especially enjoyed the Pide prepared by the chefs. This establishments and the staff members were definitely a five star. I would like to thank all staff members and their manager Hakan whom was especially helpful. I wish to stay again hopefully the following summer.

Das Personal ist sehr gut, aber der Strand ist nicht gut, es gibt viele Arten von Essen, aber der Geschmack ist nicht gut, es gibt auch ein Parkplatzproblem.

Die Sauberkeit auf den Cauchen in Lobby war nicht akzeptabel, da Cauchen entweder Nass waren oder Essflecken von vorherigen Besucher darauf standen. Im Restaurant werden die Tischdecken nicht ausgetauscht, sondern werden sie einfach mit einem Handebesen die Reste von vorherigem Gast geputzt. Außerdem sind die Familienzimmern außer Suites zu eng und zu klein. Eine vier Köpfige Familie passt einfach nicht rein. Der Service im Lobby war außer der längeren Wartezeit für einen Kaffee beim Starbucks-Bar in akzeptablen Grenzen. Trotz so vielen negativen Punkten war das Meer traumhaft.

Was schlecht war:

Strand: wenn man am Strand eine liege möchte, muss man leider um 6:30 uhr hin und mit dem Handtuch reservieren. Hier müsste das Personal eingreifen- die liegen waren teilweise 4-5 std leer/besetzt und keiner hat was gesagt..so das man dann niergendwo eine liege bekommen hat - weder am pool noch am meer.

Speiesaal: die stühle und tische total schmutzig..wird nicht sauber gemacht.

Im allgemeinen die Bars wo man die Getränke holt, alles schmutzig, total unorganisiert, man wartet ewig..
Abendessen beginnt zB um 19 uhr, was total spät ist..wenn man 19:15 uhr ankommt…findet man keinen Tisch und steht ewig an um was zum essen zu bekommen…das essen ist IMMER kalt..geschmacklich leider auch nicht herausragend.

Das Hotel nennt sich Ultra-All-inkl. & wenn man 10 min vor schluß kommt..(egal was) bekommt man nichts mehr.

personal ist total ungeschult, stehen immer nur zusammen da und unterhalten sich, bis sie eine winkenede Hand bemerken und kommen.

SPA-Bereich: der eine weiss nicht was der andere macht, dies betrifft auch die Preise.
Des Weiteren bucht man zb Hamam mit Peeling&Massage..ist das Hamam total kalt und auch da ungeschultes Personal. Einfach unprofessionell.
