The room full with cockroaches. But the staff give me a good services. They arranged me to another room but don't have any refrigerator.
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my recent booking at The Campbell Kuala Lumpur, which was unexpectedly cancelled by the hotel without prior notice.
I arrived at the hotel late last night, only to be informed that my booking had been cancelled and that the hotel was fully occupied. As a result, I was denied check-in despite having a confirmed reservation. This situation caused significant inconvenience, as I was forced to urgently search for alternative accommodation at a late hour.
The hotel informed me that a refund would be issued; however, I would like to formally request that Booking.com ensure my full refund is processed immediately. Additionally, I hope that appropriate action will be taken against the hotel for this unacceptable handling of confirmed bookings.
I am a regular customer of Booking.com, and I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and resolved promptly.
