Late night check in.. tunggu staff receptionist datang hampir 15 minit!! muncul pun daripada luar hotel. Selesai check in naik ke bilik.. Sampai bilik masuk nak on suis semua x berfungsi. Call reception daripada bilik pun tak sambut call. Terpaksa turun ke kaunter. Sampai di kaunter tengok staff receptionist hilang lagi.. kali ni terpaksa tunggu hampir 30 minit baru lah staff muncul dan tukarkan ke bilik lain. Keesokkan harinya turun untuk breakfast. Sekali bila sampai cafe, tengok cafe tutup. Pergi ke kaunter tanya kenapa cafe tutup & bagi tahu bilik includes breakfast. Sekali staff di kaunter bagi 2 tapau nasi lemak & 2 bungkus air kopi o. Last lah stay di hotel ni..

Disappointing Stay – Breakfast Not Served

Stayed on 31 March 2026 for one night with breakfast included. However, no breakfast was served even after waiting until 7:30 AM. Very disappointing experience.

Breakfast served as packed food which not worth the prize.So....i have to cancell via booking.com but the staff incharge(a woman) entertained me in other issue. I was blamed not to declare the number of person correctly. A lot of cockroaches and the shower was not good. Very tiny water came out. The most dissapointed was about breakfast in which the cafe was already closed and as replacement they served packed food which is far cheaper and water is not hot. In the booking, bf provides worth rm28

Lokasi hampir dengan pusat membeli belah

Cons:

Ada beberapa pengalaman yang kurang menyenangkan terjadi.
1. Nak book bilik satu lagi sedangkan boleh jer walk in tapi kena book thru online, kemudian kena tunggu lagi availability kalau nak request lantai yang sama sdgkan memang ada pun kosong.😔
2. Lantai biilik yang kotor walau pun kita dah makeup room, langsung tak sapu ir vacuum, cawan tak dicuci.
3. kita call for bellboy nak check out, tapi dia ckp memang takde troley dan bellboy, bila kita tegas sikit ada pulak troley dan diorang dorong jer depan bilik kita kena angkat satu satu dan bawa turun sendiri semua liggage.
4. Our trip semua perempuan dan ada 1 baby, tapi sepanjang mendiring dan mengangkat bag sedikit pun staff tak tolong diorang cuma melintas dan tunduk, bila kita kita minta tolong kat receiption(lelaki) cakap diorang tak boleh itu
procedure atleast ada empathy dan berkhemah
sedikit dik kita orang islam tak salah menolong.
I am sorry i really have a bad experience, i hope u guys atleast look into this matter, cause our miney not even 1 cent paying less for your hotel.
