Localização é excelente! Quartos são muito bem arrumados e limpos, funcionários educados e o café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Cons:

Infelizmente nossa primeira suite ficava embaixo do espaço kids e o barulho pela manhã incomodou. Mas a gerência, ao ficar ciente da situação, prontamente nos disponibilizou outro quarto.

Apenas incomoda um pouco a luz de led na parede atrás da cama próximo ao chão que não desliga (ou pelo menos não encontramos o receptor).

Muito satisfeito, quando voltar a Gramado, certamente será o hotel de minha preferência.
