A wonderful and comfortable stay, made even better by Cassiano’s exceptional service!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient. The overall atmosphere was great and made for a relaxing stay. I would especially like to mention Cassiano, the concierge, who provided the best service to us. He was extremely attentive, helpful, and professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. His service truly made a difference in our experience.

Cons:

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property. Everything was as expected, and we had a very pleasant stay.

A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, educada e prestativa, sempre disposta a nos atender com gentileza e proporcionar uma estadia agradável. O café da manhã é um verdadeiro destaque: muito bem servido, variado, com diversas opções e tudo muito bem apresentado.
A limpeza também merece um elogio especial. Todos os ambientes estavam impecavelmente limpos, organizados e muito bem cuidados. A estrutura do hotel é linda, acolhedora e muito agradável.
Para quem viaja com crianças, é uma excelente escolha! O espaço infantil é muito bem estruturado, especialmente a brinquedoteca, que é ampla, bonita e muito atrativa para os pequenos. Meu filho aproveitou bastante, o que tornou a nossa experiência ainda mais especial.
Foi uma estadia extremamente agradável, em um ambiente bonito, acolhedor e pensado nos mínimos detalhes para proporcionar conforto aos hóspedes. Sem dúvida, é um lugar que recomendo e onde voltaria com muito prazer. Uma experiência encantadora do início ao fim! ❤️
