Right in the heart of town, very convenient with shops and food close by. 15 mins walk to the train station as well to travel to other parts of the Rivera. The unit is big and spacious , just that the shower area is not enclosed, so if you are not a couple, it will not be recommended. No lift as well so be prepared to carry your baggage up a flight of stairs. Fortunately for us, the guy who checked us in was nice and helped to carry the luggage up the stairs. Will recommend this

Well sited for the town, with an amazing view over the square. Good proximity to the town centre and the sea. Soundproofing was perfect, the best sleep we have had in Nice

Would NOT recommend to anybody! It's hard to call this place a hotel. It looks like it was converted apartment building. It has NO elevator! Our room was 6 flights of stairs up and we had to drug our luggage. Hotel has No lobby. Some type of check in is on the 2nd floor( 2 flights up) and open only 8am-8pm with no one to help at the other time. No telephone in the room to call the front desk about any problems. NO working WIFI. The safe got locked and manager was not able to help saying " do whatever you want". I'm glad that we did not put any documents in that safe. The towels are really old, the glass shower cabin is located in the corridor by the entrance door. One positive note is that the room was big, clean and location is perfect.

Lovely spacious room but no air conditioner and it was very hot in Nice. We had to leave the window open to get some air but there was a lot of noise from the street and square so it was hard to sleep. Also up several flights of stairs with no elevator. The owner was very gracious about port us leaving our bags before and after check-in and also called for a taxi for us to take us to the airport.

Aparentemente, o hotel só conta com um recepcionista (não é 24h) e uma faxineira. O hotel não tem elevador, e a recepção fica no 1º andar. Aí já começa. O nosso apartamento era no 3º andar. Subir 6 lances de escada com as malas não é para todo mundo. As áreas comuns do hotel parecem um prédio abandonado, e precisam muito de reforma. A primeira e a segunda impressão não são boas. Em compensação, o quarto que ocupamos era enorme, reformado, e com muitas comodidades, incluindo a vista inesquecível para a renomada e icônica Place Massena (cenário de um filme de James Bond). A localização do hotel é excelente. A entrada no hotel, no corredor e no apartamento é por digitação de senhas numéricas, e falhas técnicas aconteceram, sendo necessária a intervenção do recepcionista, que ainda estava no seu posto.

All good. Room was very nice and the staff extremely helpful. Had an issue with the safe in the room but was resolved relatively quickly.
Stairs to the rooms were very dark and foreboding and could maybe benefit from some lighter coloured decor but the room itself was of an exceptionally high standard. Would definitely stay here again as its location is superb and very close to the old town.

What a beautiful suite. Modern finishes in a lovely old building. Location was amazing! So close to the promenade and old town. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating. One note, no elevator so if you travel with lots of luggage be prepared to haul it up a few flights of stairs. Totally worth it though and we would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed a three day break in Nice. This place was very nicely located, next to the old town and barely a two minute walk to the beach. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and our room was quite large and spacious.

Loved the location,.. close to so much food and entertainment. Nice room with great views,.. the only negative is that it looks out over a fairly noisy town square

Très belle suite bien située au centre et proche pour repartir à l aéroport.
La chambre est spacieuse bien décorée, mais nous sommes arrivés à 17h elle n était pas chauffée et la nuit idem il fallait se relever pour y mettre un peu de chauffage …
Le service et l accueil bien organisé et la personne charmante
Pensez à trouver une suite vue sur la place c est beaucoup mieux
