Lage an der Promenade super.

Cons:

Sauberkeit, Service, Essen, entspricht leider gar nicht dem Standart den man in anderen vier Sterne Hotels gewöhnt ist.

Napewno wróciłabym bym z miłą chęcią do tego miejsca
Pros:

Obiekt i lokalizacja idealna na wypoczynek ,cudowne baseny z jacuzzi,pokoje przestrzenne i komfortowe Śniadanie przepyszne ,wszystko świeżutkie,znakomita kuchnia.Polecam z całego serca hotel ❤️

Cons:

Jedyne co to łazienki małe jak na pokój rodzinny i mało miejsca do przechowywania kosmetyków.Plusem mega czystość.

Tout etait très bien
Pros:

Les piscines étaient très biens, l’emplacement était bien (10 min à pied de la plage), la nourriture et les boissons proposées par l’hôtel sont de très bonnes qualités. Les chambres sont très propres et ce n’est pas du tout bruyant.

In het begin was ik wat sceptisch over de goeie reviews wat betreft personeel en accommodatie. Alle goeie reviews zijn terecht. Ik durf best te zeggen dat ik wel veel hotels heb gezien waarvan deze erg hoog scoorde. Wel zaten wij in marines suites (adults only) dat was net alsof je in een rustige beach club zat als je aan het zwembad lag. Een lekker barretje. Goeie lunches voor goeie prijzen en erg aardig personeel. Wij hadden alleen ontbijt omdat we ‘s middags of los een lunch deden aan het zwembad of we naar een strand gingen waardoor we er niet aan vast zaten. Ook avondeten deden we buiten de deur. De kamers zijn heel netjes en worden iedere dag verschoond. (Zelfs gedweild) ontbijt is ook erg goed en je kunt verzoekjes doen aan de kok. In en uit checken ging erg makkelijk. Al met al een top vakantie.

Cons:

Enige was dat het zwembad wat warm was waardoor het niet echt verkoelend was.

The breakfast is nice, but the area was too hot to enjoy.The breakfast area needs to be a lot cooler.
Food and drink is reasonably priced.

Cons:

Not enough air conditioning in the hotel itself, especially with the intense heat.
No power, in the shower in the room, no matter what time of day it was.

Everything was great .Hotel , pool and room
Staff were all very good .Rooms spotless
All staff work very hard .Breakfast was great, lots of choice

Cons:

That there isnt a reception area and you have to go to the chaotic Marins playa
Also most of entertaintment over at Marins playa. Also had to wait 3 days for tge?use of an iron

Cons:

•Pool-Betten müsse „bezahlt“ werden
•Pool Betten werden reserviert(teils nicht genutzt)
•Für alles wird extra Geld verlangt (z.B. für Velos welche eine renovation bräuchten)
•Personal an der Rezeption informiert nicht richtig
•Frische Pool Tücher bekommt man nur alle 4 Tage

Pros:

Wir waren durch und durch zufrieden mit allem. Der iced coffee war der Hammer an der Poolbar. Essen sehr lecker, ruhiges Hotel und modern.

Cons:

Die Liegestühle könnten für ein adults only hotel deutlich komfortabler sein. Auch das viele Gäste schon früh morgens Liegen besetzten nervt.

Blick direkt aufs mehr sehr schön & ruhig am Rande von Cala Millor und nahe zu Cala Bona.
Die Cocktails von der Bar schmecken sehr gut & jedes Zimmer hat Blick aufs Meer.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool werden rechtzeitig vorreserviert und dem halben Tag nicht genutzt.
Platz für mehr liegen ist aufjedenfall bei den Grünflächen vorhanden.

Very clean & amazing staff
Pros:

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice as was last year, also the staff are very friendly & spotlessly clean

Cons:

The only complaint was the saving of beds around the pool, we pay good money & we was surprised as it wasn’t the same last year
