An extremely unpleasant experience with bad service and ridixioulus handling from the front desk at arrival.
Embarrasing letting us wait 45 minutes to get the room. Just give us the key and we sort it out in the morning. Talk about low customer service for a room at 300 euros a night
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were only here for 4 nights as we wanted a very relaxing short break and that is exactly what we got.
The room was really nice with a nice little balcony to relax. The only downside was it didn't have an iron. I'm not sure if one was available at reception, we managed without one so didn't need to ask.
We stayed for breakfast and it was to a very good standard every morning with a great selection of options for all.
The main pool was really nice with some nice shaded parts. We preferred the rooftop pool area, just because it had a nicer breeze during the peak heat hours. The bar wasn't often staffed but you could use the phone there to call for staff to attend.
The position of the hotel is great as it's just a short walk to the main strip of shops and bars and the beaches.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. If you want a calm and peaceful stay then this is definitely one to consider.
kein 4* superior Hotel, max. gerade 4* da die Zimmer groß sind aber z.B. im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten, nur ein Waschbecken, der Türstopper ist nicht mehr befestigt...
Die Speisenauswahl ist übersichtlich und wiederholt sich abends - gebratenes Rind/Schwein/Hähnchen und Fisch, Gargrad und Zustand (insbesondere des Fischs) abhängig vom jeweiligen Koch. Frühstück variiert nur leicht - statt Pfannkuchen gibt es süße Kroketten...
Service auf der Dachterasse (Sky Bar) nur nach Anruf und dies Dachterasse wird erst um 10 Uhr morgens geöffnet - warum?!?
Personal ist wirklich freundlich aber die Abläufe im Hotel sind seltsam und nicht besonders strukturiert - kein Vergleich z.B. zum 4* Hipotel.
Haben auch schon Mal 10 min auf den Service gewartet, nachdem wir mit dem Abendessen fertig waren und uns auf die Terasse gesetzt haben (das gleiche Personal an der Bar wie für das Abendessen aber wer ist zuständig?!?).
Handtücher wurden nicht jeden Tag getauscht.
Angestellte der Rezeption war was überfordert.
Das Essen war sehr gut. Und das Service Personal sehr freundlichen und steht’s bemüht.
