Pros:

Location was decent

Cons:

The pull out couch was dirty with no blankets. The bed sheets had stains rhe conditioner was empty and the pool was not usuable. I msged the staff but no response from the text or msgs.

Nice staff, but dirty rooms
Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

Restrooms were dirty, pubes in the shower from previous guest.
We stayed for two days, did not have a DND sign on the door and when we came back after our first night, our room was not cleaned, beds not done, towels not replaced. We were there for work, getting late, working 13hr shifts, so we were too tired to to go get more towels. For what I paid I was not impressed. Staff was very sweet especially the night shift girl.

No fresh linen and bedding
Pros:

Heated pool for the kids was a plus and great customer service apon arrival.

Cons:

The bed had bedbugs, no house keeping was available unless requested. Also one staff stole from my room the second day of our stay.
