Enjoyed my stay even for just one night

Our stay was very enjoyable.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the recliner! Breakfast was good too.

Pros:

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly woman at check in. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and extremely clean. The leather recliners, counter with bar stools, and view of the Amish Countryside from our bed made this hotel stand out from many typical hotel rooms.
The breakfast room was very clean, offered a variety of hot and cold options, and was attended by another friendly hotel staff member. We especially liked the homemade cinnamon rolls.
We highly recommend the Wallhouse to anyone traveling to Holmes County/Amish Country.

Cons:

One side of the bed had a great nightstand with an electrical outlet for charging a cell phone, but the other side of the bed didn't. While there were other outlets in the room, it would have been more convenient if both sides of the bed had a nighstand.
The can lights over the bed provided nice bright lighting, but the addition of lamps or wall scones would provide lighting if one person wanted to read while the other wanted to sleep.

Cons:

I was very upset at how rude the front desk was. I did not actually end up staying here. With several attempts to reach out to the property to cancel all of which were ignored. I 100% would not recommend. The interaction at the front desk ruined the whole rest of the day on top of finding somewhere new to stay.
