- Front staff was very helpful and tried to accommodate our requests.
- Parking is free, plenty of space available and nearby
- Location right off I-90, easy to get to the hotel and easy to get to other locations in the area
- Overall feels quite safe
- Room was acceptable overall
- Free breakfast
- Nice view of the surroundings from the room

Cons:

- Construction going on in the hotel woke us up (around Thanksgiving)
- Room wasn't completely clean (stains, fingerprints, fuzz/dust)
- One of the air conditioning units had an odd smell
- Poor sound insulation (could hear snoring from the room next to us)

Pros:

Great location and the staff was very friendly unhelpful.

Cons:

Coffee machine didn’t work and it turned out. It was a problem with the outlet. Also, the thermostat had issues.

Dog friendly. Very comfortable. Large suites. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants.
Pros:

We loved that we had a kitchen for our long stay that allowed us to feel at home. The hotel had everything we needed and even more. The gym had high-quality new machines that we used daily. Breakfast was always different and fresh. The receptionists all became friends with my dog and gave him treats every time they saw him. He didn't want to leave.

The staff was great. I was in town to hold an annual auction for a non-profit. We are from the Issaquah area, so my adult disabled son had a couple of his lifelong friends over to enjoy the pool & game room, which was a huge hit with them. I had everything I needed while I stayed & breakfast was delicious each day! The room and grounds were kept very clean & safe.
