Clean and massive beds. Did the job for 2 nights in Melbourne. Nice overall vibe. Parking underneath which is great
The pictures for the 2 bed flat shows the top floor with a terrace, even in the room pictures themselves. This is misleading - we actually got a much smaller flat on the 2nd floor which was really loud on the main road
Few things broken like the kitchen sink tap
Great location for the Australian Open. Only a 15 minute walk to the venue. Good range of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The apartment was of a good size and tidy. Shower and bathroom were also of a good size.
No aircon in the bedroom, only in the living room. This means we had to keep the bedroom door open at night when we went to bed. Blinds in the living room didn't block out the sunlight, so the apartment was quite light early in the morning. Bed was not particularly comfortable; a little too firm for my liking and the pillows weren't great. Bed could benefit from a mattress topper for added comfort. There was an iron available for use, but no ironing board?

Overall the property was very good. there was a bit of road noise but we managed to sleep just fine
Communication was excellent before our stay and the staff were excellent. We had a small plumbing issue that was dealt with promptly. The location was perfect for the tennis, just a short walk away. The apartment was at the back of the property and surprisingly very quiet.
The amenities qr code link didn’t work so it was difficult to get information. The apartment is a little worn but it was clean. A few more amenities would be good, like pods for the coffee machine, enough detergent, bin bags and dishwasher powder for the length of the stay.
Made an error with my booking and the wonderful reception took care of me and made us feel welcomed.
