Besides the bedroom and location of the apartment in relation to the building, I have 0 complaints.
Pros:

Pretty much everything was perfect bar the bedroom

Cons:

No air conditioning or fan in the bed room, bed was 2 single beds instead of a queen for the price. Considering the rest of the apartment this is a very unnecessary cost saving measure. Even a cheap pedestal fan would improve the experience. The location of the room in relation to the road was not ideal, there were bright billboards that were shining into the room and as there was no fan or aircon in the room we were unable to close the door. Road noise was certainly noticeable and not pleasant.

The bedroom had a nail sticking up through the carpet right at the door in the middle, this was extremely dangerous as if someone unknowingly put all their weight onto that part it could cause serious damage. Please look into that specifically as that is a health hazard.

Pros:

The staff are super accommodating! If you have a query don't hesitate to ask them. A very quick walk to the tram and a 2 min walk to Richmond station. Will definitely come back

Cons:

There was a wierd wet carpet smell especially in the hallway. Didn't affect me after a while and definitely do think it's due to the wet weather...just a FYI
