Pros:

La camera era bellissima , ampia, super pulita dotata di tutti i confort. La colazione ricca di prodotti dolci e salati con prodotti di buona qualità. Abbiamo provato il ristorante della struttura (gatto blu) e anche qui abbiamo potuto apprezzare qualità super, ottimo il risotto ai funghi, buona selezione di vini.
La Spa accogliente, pulita e il massaggio super.

Hotel non da 4 stelle
Pros:

Posizione ottima se si vuole fare escursione sull'Etna. Personale reception disponibile e piacevole; personale di sala un pò meno.

Cons:

Non c’è nulla di particolarmente negativo, ma in generale mi aspettavo di più dalla struttura, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l’estetica della camera e l’arredamento. Da un hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata maggiore attenzione al mobilio e alla pulizia, invece la camera era piuttosto datata e ho notato alcune disattenzioni che potrebbero essere migliorate.

Faccio questo commento considerando il prezzo di una camera di hotel 4 stelle; se si trattasse di una struttura 2-3 stelle o di un B&B, con un costo inferiore, l’avrei valutata più positivamente.

In generale comunque non c’è nulla di “brutto”, ma non corrisponde di certo alle aspettative di un hotel 4 stelle.

Posto stupendo vicino al versante Etna nord, camere ampie e molto pulite. Colazione buonissima. Stupende le vasche idromassaggio all’aperto che si potevano utilizzare liberamente. Buonissimo il ristorante e bella anche la spa
