Soggiorno breve ma perfetto. Abbiamo ricevuto upgrade gratuito della stanza, avendo quindi a disposizione una matrimoniale più grande con accesso diretto al giardino con idromassaggio. Stanza spaziosa, pulita. personale gentile e disponibile

Very comfortable stay, exceeded my expections-- great value. Will return!
Pros:

This resort is on the main road from Linguaglossa to a central meeting point for hikes to see the summit craters (or as close as it's safe to get, depending on the day) for Mt Etna. I chose it for the amenities (air con, breakfast, hotel restaurant, and proximity to a town for more eating options), as well as proximity to Etna (30 minute up the road) and this hotel met ALL of those expectation and exceeded them in terms of staff friendliness/helpfulness, quality of the food, value of the lodging. Other things were also appreciated: parking was super easy and the hotel offered a lovely outdoor garden area with 4 Jacuzzis to enjoy). I stayed in one room with my two adult children (we all had a twin bed size) and I hope to return with my husband to do more of the many activities in the area. Oh- and Taormina is an easy 40 minute drive away as is the big city of Catania. Hotel staff speak English and Spanish as well as Italian and probably other languages as well. Highly recommend !

Cons:

No on-site laundry, although this is very typical for Italy.

Pros:

La camera era spaziosa con una bella terrazza. Tuto era pulito. Ogni servizio della zona spa è a pagamento, anche Sauna e idromassaggio. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Consiglio il ristorante collegato gatto blu, abbiamo mangiato molto bene e abbondante.

Cons:

L hotel è lontano dal centro. La doccia da rivedere.

Pros:

Emplacement stratégique pour rejoindre Piano Provenzana le lendemain (treck Etna), chambre propre et spacieuse, bon betit déjeuner, jaccuzi sympas, très bon restaurant.

Cons:

On attend un peu plus d'un "resort". Pas de spécialités siciliennes au petit déjeuner, personnel lent au petit déjeuner (nous avons eu du mal à trouver une table propre préparée, avec des dizaines de tables non nettoyées).
Problème de thermostat sur la douche de la chambre, avec de l'eau quasi brûlante en permanence. Le gérant de l accueil n'a pas fait de geste sur la facture finale, si ce n est d être désolé pour le désagrément.
Clientèle non dynamique.
