Uitstekend ontbijt, met oa een bijzondere vriendelijke dame.

Cons:

De bediening op het terras in de middag liet erg te wensen over. In tegenstelling tot het ontbijt in de ochtend, zat het personeel nu binnen terwijl de gasten buiten op het terras zaten. Nieuw aangekomen klanten moesten zelfs aan andere gasten vragen of ze binnen moesten bestellen. Er was totaal geen oog voor de gasten buiten.

Comfortable enough with some minor inconveniences regarding cleanliness.

The location was fantastic, so central and easily accessible.

Cons:

I was in the main building on the first floor, there was a strong smell of food in the halls and therefore coming into my room from the restaurant. I know this is perhaps unavoidable. There was not a selection of pillows in the room, which was unfortunate but ok. There were some suspect stains and what look to be burns on the carpet placed under the bed, generally this carpet should be removed as it doesn’t look to be cleaned properly at all. There is a phone in the room, however, it does not work. This is my second time staying in this hotel with the same issue in both rooms.

One night getaway for a private celebration.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice big room. Option for on site eating or to have a drink. Although in the center, it was very quiet during our stay. Good restaurants close by (if you are into spanish food, Cafe Madrid 10 mins walking away is an interesting option, but do make a reservation). Train station a leisurely 25 mins walking away and around the corner you will find a fascinating bookstore located inside a former church (Boekhandel Dominicanen). They have an international section as well. Plenty of shops close by, if shopping is your thing. If you feel like having a light meal on your way to/from the train station, Bistro 't wycker i9s an interesting option. We had a nice lunch and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Some little details of the room: a bit of chipped paint here, a missing lightbulb there. Nothing serious and didn't affect overall comfort. Did not use the breakfast options, so no opinion

A wonderful start to our visit to Maastricht
Pros:

Great location. Spacious room, we got an upgrade on arrival which was a wonderful surprise. Comfortable bed and pillows. There was a huge bath, that was a great way to finish a long travel day to Maastricht. Right near major sight seeing and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Die Lage war sensationell, direkt ein Bistro davor. Aufgrund der superzentralen Lage allerdings auch nicht gerade leise, was die Außengeräusche anbelangte, sie weit nach Mitternacht.
