bediening in restaurant goed; behandeling klacht beviel niet! Hygiëne in badkamer SLECHT door haren in de douche....B ed goed

Cons:

schoonmaken onder de maat; achterstallig onderhoud en overal vieze strepen op de muren en beschadigingen interieur restaurant; stof van boren in muur restaurant was gewoon niet opgeruimd! Geen aandacht voor het gebouw is mijn conclusie

Nachtje Maastricht
Pros:

Het gehele plaatje, een mooi hotel aan het Vrijthof. Midden in het centrum van Maastricht, dus alles handig dichtbij. De kamer was heel groot en mooi en het personeel zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk.

Pros:

De lokatie was uitstekend, direkt bij winkels, Vrijthof, historische bezienswaardigheden. De suite was ruim, groot bad, prima bed.

Cons:

Uitzcht door twee kleine dakkapelletjes, onderhoud sanitair, geen schoonmaak en vervanging handdoeken, ook niet na vragen bij receptie. De bediening is meer met het terras en restaurant bezig dan met hotelgasten.

Pros:

Sehr gut fanden wir dass wir morgens auch ein kleines Frühstück mit. Croissant, Marmelade, Kaffee, Butter etc. für unter zehn Euro erhalten konnten, da wir morgens nicht gerne sehr viel essen.

Cons:

Am Freitag unserer Anreise hatte gerade der jährliche Jahrmarkt auf dem großen Platz direkt gegenüber von unserem Zimmer angefangen. Freundlicherweise informierte uns die Hotelleitung allerdings einen Tag vorher davon.
