Excellent. Keep up the good job VINCE HOTEL
Pros:

The free break fast and dinner. The staffs are accommodating. The property itself is very clean and neat.The buggy was very good and excellent. And the free pictorial with thai costume is astonishing. 101% if given me a chance to back in thailand i would choose the Vince Hotel. And i will highly recommend to my friends, relatives or to anytime who planning to go in Thailand. My family love ur free apple juice and popcorn 24/7. The hotel is very near to shopping malls, massage spa. Tofu, 100bath, restaurant, 7-Eleven, pratunam night market and everything. Hoping the Vince Hotel offer us to stay free in the future. 🙏

Cons:

We are staying in room 2301 and we noticed the water heater is not working. And also the TV there is no Youtube, Netflix , etc. only have local and other channels. We hope the managements upgrade the TV selections same the other room in 2302 the family room. And also in the breakfast there is no bacon. Hehehe. Aside that everything is very good.

Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The complimentary buggy service to nearby shopping centres was very convenient and made getting around easy.
The hotel also provided a buffet breakfast and a free supper every day, which was a wonderful bonus. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Le personnel est d’une amabilité incroyable! Au petit soin pour servir, les clients de l’hôtel. Les services proposés par l’hôtel tous ont été fait pour nous garantir un super séjour. C’était juste parfait. Petit déjeuner gratuit, dîner gratuit, service de navette à disposition gratuit. Pop corn à disposition. De plus l’hôtel est situé dans une rue calme pour une ville bien bruyant.

Cons:

Beaucoup de repas piquant ou pimenté lors du buffet du soir. Je ne mange pas de piment.

IM COMING BACK TO VINCE HOTEL PRATUNAM
Pros:

the place is so near to the malls and supermarkets known in bangkok..all the staff members were so nice, frm the reception, drivers, dining staff and the cleaners all were so quick to answer requests and always had a smile..i will come back to this hotel if given a chance..😊

Cons:

the only problem was that the shower room was so slow to make the water go down the drainage, although it was still manageable..but otherwise all was EXCELLENT

Superb hotel, will definitely come back😍
Pros:

Breakfast is superb. Walking distance to Phayathai station and pratunam area and they also offer free buggy service to several points. Free snack and welcome drinks. And the 24/7 free juice, popcorn, and water refill at the reception area.

Cons:

Excellent location, super clean, great pool, incredible breakfast.
Pros:

The location was perfect, a direct train line from the airport which took about 45 minutes and cost 45 Baht ($1.90 Aud). Then a short walk to hotel. It was really quiet even though you’re right in the hustle bustle of Bangkok. Rooms really nice, comfortable beds, friendly staff. The pool is lovely. Gym is small but we managed a workout. The breakfast which was included was insane! It was soooooo good! Massive variety of food options and all delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was reasonably priced too.

Cons:

It was a perfect place to stay. I’d only say to improve have a bigger gym, the rest was excellent.

Would not stay here again
Cons:

For me, food really makes or breaks a hotel stay and it did not live up to expectations here. The hotel food doesn’t hugely cater for western guests, which is a shame as a different hotel we stayed in previously ( and paid considerably less) had many options for western guests and was a much more pleasant experience. Breakfast here was in a very cramped room, the staff were friendly however there was so many of them standing around in a small space they were actually just getting in the way of people. The food wasn’t great, a cheap thin white or brown bread (hardly filling), with only jams as the spread option. There was a sad selection of beige biscuits or pastries (tasteless) and unfamiliar looking. Our previous hotel had cinnamon rolls, pain au chocolat, pecan pastries more familiar to western guests. There was penne pasta, a noodle bar, boiled eggs and curries out for Breakfast which actually made me feel quite queasy at 8am. The fruit was fine as was the yoghurt. The green tea should not be brewed in a large tub it was so strong and unpleasant and had been brewed for a long time it was SO dark. Then on to dinner… I hate to say this but I feel I need to be honest it was genuinely disgusting and made myself and my partner unwell. Again, nothing to cater for Western guests atall. The vegetarian options were plain rice, boiled cabbage, and a brown stew. It was honestly awful. Not to mention dinner was 9-11pm and so at 9pm it was absolutely rammed. A very unpleasant experience and left us very disappointed.

On the other hand, the rooms were lovely and modern/ clean. The food and lack of catering for western guests was a huge disappointment and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.
