Our beautiful stay at Vince Hotel Pratunam
Pros:

First is, the receptionist during our check in was so accommodating, friendly and beautiful. The room is so nice and clean, it's like home. Complete amenities. Pool is simple. Crews are so accommodating polite and friendly. Food is amazing especially the breakfast. My husband and I are so grateful and happy that we were called to take the free Thai dress photo shoot less than 2 hours before our check out, the Beautiful Ladies Som and Nam are so friendly and polite they both accommodate us properly. Overall, The Vince Hotel is the best hotel here in Bangkok Thailand to stay, accessible to tourist spots and most of all safe

Awesome stay
Pros:

The stay at Vince hotel for my birthday trip was truly a memorable one. It was a wonderful touch with a thai costume provided by the hotel with a photographer to snap pix for us and the birthday decor was so pretty

Room is big and super clean and new
Breakfast and dinner provided had such a great variety with main dishes change every day.

Shuttle provided to nearby malls and bts was such a good touch.

Very value for money, will be back again!

Exceptional Hospitality That Made Our Bangkok Stay Unforgettable

Our stay at Vince Hotel Bangkok was truly wonderful! From check-in to check-out, every staff member, from the reception team and luggage attendants to the restaurant staff, made us feel genuinely welcomed with their warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Special mention to **Cake** (our receptionist) for making great effort in making our stay convenient.

The breakfast and dinner were consistently delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. We also loved the complimentary buggy service, which made getting around so much easier. Thoughtful touches like the free popcorn, juice, and bottled water in the lobby made us feel even more at home.

The highlight of our stay was the traditional Thai costume photoshoot with **Mild** and **Som**. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and patient, making the entire experience fun, comfortable, and truly memorable.

Thank you, Vince Hotel, for making our Bangkok trip extra special. We can't wait to come back and will happily recommend your hotel to anyone visiting the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The free dinner is not that good.drinks should be free just like in breakfast.The time for dinner is late and the lady receptionist in the dinner area is not that accomodating.The pool water has a smell.The massage is only for a certain day not everyday.

舒适的居住
Pros:

酒店房间不大，但是干净卫生，服务人员态度好，早餐也不错。有房顶泳池，位置相对方便。

Cons:

周边堵车严重，打的过来一公里多的路程，要二十多分钟。这个没办法，曼谷堵车太严重。

Pros:

We love this hotel.
We love the experience of wearing traditional thai costume with the help of Ms Mild and Nam they are very accomodating and nice.
We will sure comeback.
The breakfast is good. For the dinner you can also love it. Roof top has a nice view specially at night time
