Good but can be better
Cons:

They dont have alternative thinner pillow like memory foam. The breakfast doesnt have an omelette station

Your stay were genuine in their approach 👍
Pros:

Breakfast was ok..but needed more variety of fruits ( for example during our total stay of 06 nights ...no banana at all !!! ) .
The supper needs some different varieties: looks like at breakfast there was more variety of Thai food than at supper )

Also too many tables on both breakfast and supper areas...making it congested for moving...
Maybe the supper - which is included in the package - should start at 6.30 pm till 11 pm...in this way people will have more time flexibility and even you stay too will not be under stressed..

Pros:

The room is neat and clean, breakfast has a lot of variety of foods, location is very accessible to the shopping capital area everything is nice and i love the care and service that they gave to the guests.

Everything else is good, just the dinner is not giving at all!
Pros:

Location and breakfast has a lot of variety.

Cons:

Dinner is worst. Starts at 9pm until 11pm. It made us wait for 30mins or more. After long wait there’s no food left..didn’t even do a refilling! The dining place is very small. They should remove Dinner to their options, as if we paid for nothing! Literally almost no food left from 10pm onwards. Waste of money!

Best experience
Pros:

Very good service , I like Nicky and Armmy so much . She explain to us very nicely, head and shoulder massage , supper late night feee and free activities . A must to come back !!

Pros:

Good service for everyone , especially Farm and Cake they are very kindly and helpful .the buggy is comfortable waiting around 5-10 minutes the bellboy helps us a lot with luggage they also got supper is cool.
