The room was noisy not knowing what noise it was causing me to not have proper sleep waking up every hour.
It was close to town and markets it was great for the price. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet
They provided a lot of little extras for free. Upgrade to kingsize bed, complimentary bottled water replenished each day and free ice blocks in the afternoon to cool you down. Room spotless and service outstanding. Very welcoming staff. Free drop off and pick up tuk tuk service offered by hotel within limited area but at key transport points e.g Bangkok skytrain. Very close to major shopping areas. Would come back and stay here in Bangkok again.
We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The condition and comfort of the rooms were top-notch, making for a very relaxing experience. The location was perfect, close to shopping malls and markets, which was very convenient. The shuttle service was a great bonus, making transportation easy. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including delicious Thai dishes.we didnt use the bar or the pool facilities. Friendly staff Overall, a fantastic stay—we will definitely choose this hotel again!
Staff was so kind. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices and delicious. It was close to shopping, the rail, food, Thai massage places. The rooftop pool was great too!

We really like the pool at the top floor thats getting ample sunlight and water not so cold like other hotels. Breakfast was great and served until 11am if you fancy a sleep in. Thai costume photoshoot was fun and required booking beforehand, like days ahead. Walkable distance to Pratunam market and Centralworld as well.

Hotel with great location. There is a 24/7 buggy service that will send us to platinum mall, pratunam night market. Staffs were helpful and polite. Will definitely return back to this hotel. Very vibey. Breakfast spread was ok. It is vegetarian and muslim friendly thank you!
Our stay in Vince Hotel has been nothing but fantastic! Staff are very accommodating and the breakfast was lovely. They also clean the rooms really well and leave fresh towels without having to ask. Daily top up of water bottles was a welcome surprise as it saves us a trip to nearby shops to buy one before going out! (Hydration is essential in Thailand!) The buggy service was also well thought and caters to guests needs very well. And lastly, we almost missed our flight as we just passed out the night prior and forgot to pack!!! (Never again!) We just told the reception staff about the rush we have to do and with no questions out checking out was a breeze! We caught our flight! Sooooo, we will be staying here again on our next trip to Bangkok.
Repeat stay at the property, however a bit disappointed as tried to reach out to hotel days before stay to arrange for a room change, but hotel did not respond :(

Bonus point - they have thai costume wearing with photo shooting. The girls is nice and guide us thru the whole session. Took quite alot of photos with groups and individual session. Will recommend. 😊
