松本駅を出てから思った以上に近く、ちょっと路地に入ったところで閑静。歩いて数分以内にそば屋、飲み屋があり便利、曲がる角にはカラオケもある。朝食はコスパ良く、サラダが器に小分けされていて良い。全体に小ぢんまりしていて、ツアー客が来ないと思われるので、居心地がよい。清掃も行き届いているようで、鼻につくような匂いが無かった。
壁が薄いのか、隣の声が薄っすら聞こえたのが難点。
良くないわけではないが、ウェルカムドリンクは宿泊数分欲しいところだが、そうでないなら、朝食時のコーヒーを部屋に持ち込みできるとよい。スリッパは、部屋から出ない限りは、裸足で履くことを想定した足触りのよい使い捨てのほうが良い。

The value and location of this hotel was phenomenal! The facilities are a bit older but well maintained and clean. We were within walking distance of every major thing we wanted to do + extremely close to the train station. This was a great hotel for a quick two day stay in Matsumoto!
As mentioned above, the facilities are a bit older so it is a bit of a trade off for the location. It was one of the smaller rooms we stayed in during our two week trip but I wouldn't say this is uncommon for Japan.

Nonostante la nostra prenotazione e fosse per 1 camera fumatori ed 1 non alla reception ci hanno dato due camere non fumatori ed anche vicine.
Abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie al loro deposito in attesa del bus
1. Very close to JR station, less than 5 minutes on foot but you need to wait for a traffic light to cross a road that may take you a few minutes.
2. Staff was nice and helpful.
3. There're 2 coin-washing machines. One poured detergent automatically while the other doesn't. The former one costs you more. If you use the latter but don't have detergent, you can buy it from the reception at a low price.
Perhaps the hotel had some bad experience with customers who checked out late or other issues, I received a couple of papers with a few reminders and fine upon checking-in.
