駅から近く便利。近くにコンビニがあり、飲食店も近くに多い。
部屋はコンパクトだが綺麗でくつろげる。
パジャマがとても着心地よく、かなりリラックスできた。
翌日は早朝から登山に出発でしたが、駅チカなので、他にも早朝出発の方がおられ、手頃で快適なホテルだと思います。
ユニットバスのバスタブが大きめであったのがよかった。
ベッド枕元の時計の時刻表示が１時間ずれていた。
La ragazza che ci ha accolto in reception è stata veramente eccezionale, con sole poche parole chiave in inglese e la sua espressività e dedizione è riuscita a venire in contro a tutte le nostre esigenze ed aiutarci anche a spedire i bagagli al prossimo hotel (cosa parecchio complicata e laboriosa), davvero servizio eccezionale
Il letto era un po' piccolo per 2 ma probabilmente basta prenotare una stanza con letto più grande

スタッフさんが親切、部屋まで荷物を運んでくれた。顔を覚えてスムーズにこやかにルームキーを渡してくれた。朝食ゆっくり取れた。係の方も感じが良かった。荷物の送り便の手配手早く待たせずしてくれた。有難いことでした。

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, praktycznie w samym środku miasta Matsumoto. Pokój był czysty i przestronny (choć bagaże musieliśmy rozpakować na podłodze), oraz wydawał się dobrze wytłumiony. Pracownicy recepcji byli bardzo mili i pomocni.
Problematyczne parkowanie na pobliskim, automatycznym parkingu, mimo, że hotel z nim współpracuje. Ciężko porozumieć się po angielsku, co rodziło trochę nieporozumień (np. obsługa parkingu nie chciała raz przyjąć naszego samochodu, mimo, że informowaliśmy przez translator, że jesteśmy z hotelu Morschein i opłaciliśmy postój na czas całego pobytu z góry w recepcji).
