Desayuno variado con muchas opciones y delicioso, me encanto, el personal muy amable.

Buen servicio , buena ubicación y el personal muy amable. Tiene unos jardines muy bonitos y es silencioso.
El hotel está un poco antiguo y le falta mantenimiento . Las paredes ,las puertas ,la alfombra y los baños ya se les nota mucho el desgaste.

Primero nos ubicaron en una habitación con camas rotas; nos cambiaron a otra habitación, por la madrugada llovió y gran sorpresa aparecieron goteras en el baño y humedad en los muros. Detestable, lo que hicimos preparar maletas y abandonaron este patético horel
Very disappointing experience at Wyndham Garden Guadalajara Expo. I have been waiting in line for over an hour, and the check-in process appears completely disorganized. At one point, a staff member simply left the counter, leaving guests waiting with no explanation. There was no manager available to address concerns, and several employees who appeared to be part of the same operation stood by without offering assistance.
To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning in the lobby, the doors were left open despite the heat, and there was not even water available for guests waiting for such an extended period.
This is my first stay at a Wyndham Garden property, and unfortunately, it has been a very poor first impression. Experiences like this make it easy to understand why many travelers are turning to alternatives such as Airbnb and other hospitality providers that place a stronger emphasis on customer service.
I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves both staffing and guest experience.

No me facturaron la noche de hospedaje , se les ha estado marcando y evitan contestar las llamadas , solo dicen que se equivocaron al generar la factura .

Está descuidado el hotel, el wifi para trabajar es terrible, no limpian bien las habitaciones, el sazón de su buffet está terrible
Las instalaciones siempre muy bien, la comida deliciosa y en general, amable el trato
Ya que la habitación fue para tres personas, esperaba que dejaran cosas para 3 personas, pero no, así que se tenía que hablar para que llevarán las toallas necesarias
el desayuno muy malo de mal sabor y nada variado, el baño sucio, al momento de bañarte se regaba toda el agua y teníamos que secar paras evitar un accidente, nunca dejaban toallas siempre había que pedir, le pegaron a mi auto en el estacionamiento y no se hicieron responsables
las instalaciones erstan muy viejas y tienen mantenimiento, puertas rotas
