Piso do quarto escorregadio tanto que meu neto e minha filha levaram uma queda..Parecia que tinha sido passado produto que com a umidade do ar se tornou bastante escorregadio e molhado..Pessoal foi resolver e solucionou o problema.

Superou minhas expectativas.
Pros:

Optamos pelo hotel por ser muito próximo ao Consulado. É muito perto mesmo. Fomos a pé e voltamos de taxi, que custa fixo 15,00. O hotel tem um cafe da manha bom, que atende bem as expectativas. O estacionamento no local é pequeno, e é pago. O quarto é bem confortável.

Funcionários muito educados. Café da manhã ok.

A localização do Hotel foi ótima, próximo ao shopping Rio Mar e do Centro de convenções.
Café da manhã gostoso.
O quarto que ficamos, 203, tem tamanho bom e sem barulho. Tudo funcionando bem, tv, ar condicionado, chuveiro, só não testei secador.
Tem poucas vagas para estacionar no hotel, mas tem estacionamento em mais dois locais (na pousada em frente e em outro espaço), e sempre um funcionário para acompanhar e orientar.

Cons:

Fiz a reserva pelo app, achei que tinha pago pq pediu todas as informações do cartão, inclusive as parcelas. E quando cheguei no Hotel, informaram que foi apenas uma "caução", e que teria que pagar lá na hora, sem possibilidade de parcelar.
Realmente, visualizei que não tinha sido debitado na conta a reserva feita pelo booking (apesar de receber o email dizendo que foi aprovada), e tive que fazer o pagamento na hora.
