This place is beautifully appointed , quiet and just idyllic , if I'm ever lucky enough to come to St Barts again I will stay here , also Constantine was really helpful and nothing was an issue , love this place

Amazing experience! Beautiful and modern place with a gorgeous view and on top of all our host Constance went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely recommend this place and we will for sure come back here.

This is a boutique hotel with a very spacious apartment, full kitchen, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It was a very nice hotel with 7 apartments. The property has a cat on premise and he adopted us for our stay, very friendly. US citizens, be aware this island is a 220v system and you should bring your own 120v adapters. You can find an electronic store in the Commerce port area if needed. A very nice hotel with all the modern conveniences. Would absolutely stay again.

Constance was fantastic

Constance (coco) the hotel manager is amazing. She helped us with everything we needed and made our stay very pleasant. The actual apartment is very comfortable, clean, and convenient. Loved our stay!

But definitely worth staying there especially because of the value ..

There’s a few things they need to do…clean the outdoors where the lounge chairs are…they were in very bad shape …

Nice living space and kitchen area. Bedrooms were a little tight for space, especially with luggage. Wish the bathroom towels would have been refreshed by housekeeping. I ended up washing them in the in-room machine, but the dryer was quite poor and never completely dried them after two hours.

Loved the property location and amenities like the kitchen, washer/dryer and the extra space that you don’t get in a hotel room. Location is great if you have a car. We did have car and easily drove to many places every day. Not really walking distance to the beach but a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space.
Things to improve could be checking in with guests, providing daily coffee pods, dishwasher, laundry detergent so we don’t have to buy large quantities and waste them for a shorter stay. Some extra towels would be nice too.

Great place to stay.

New construction, comfortable, strong internet connection, clean & quiet. It is located
in a ravine, so the view is limited. Staff is very nice and helpful. You should definitely consider having a car, which you can park here with ease.

All things considered one of the best values I have found in St. Barth!

Our trip was amazing and Sandra is the best!!!!

We stayed one week over the Christmas break just after new years. Our stay was excellent and the accommodation was clean and very new. Any issues we needed attention were addressed quickly. As with most spots in St Barths you can’t walk so rental car is needed. Close to coffee shop but dangerous to walk to. We loved our stay and will return.
