Leider war das Spübecken verstopft und unten trat das Wasser aus. Das ganze Zimmer war dreckig.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es das erste Problem: In der Beschreibung wurde ein Parkplatz zugesichert. Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass es nur vier Parkplätze gibt – und diese bereits alle belegt waren. Das ist irreführend und für Gäste sehr ärgerlich.

Leider hörten die Probleme dort nicht auf. Das Zimmer war in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand. Der Boden war nicht gereinigt, im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel sowie zahlreiche schmutzige Flecken. Insgesamt wirkte alles ungepflegt und unhygienisch. Zusätzlich roch das gesamte Zimmer stark nach Rauch, was den Aufenthalt noch unangenehmer gemacht hat.

Das absolute Highlight im negativen Sinne waren jedoch die Fenster: Es gab praktisch keinerlei Lärmschutz. Man konnte jedes Geräusch von der Straße hören, als wären die Fenster dauerhaft geöffnet gewesen. An erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Für diesen Zustand haben wir 250 € für zwei Nächte bezahlt – ein Preis, der in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt ist.

Unser Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist definitiv nicht empfehlenswert. Sparen Sie sich Ihr Geld und suchen Sie sich lieber eine andere Unterkunft.

Очень плохо,не советую.Был 5 апреля 2026 года.Отель стоит в самом плохом районе Брюсселя.Картинки не соответствуют действительности.В туалете был грибок.В тот же день забронировали другой отель

The room and the place in dire need of repair. Felt very grubby, dirty toilet, holes patched up in doors, filthy carpets, tv didn't work. Very basic rooms. Also, was told by police, after being mugged and having phone stolen, that it is a dangerous area. There were lots of people loitering, offering drugs, spitting in the street...

this place puts you in PHYSICAL danger. impossible to sleep at night because of noise, dirty room, the worst neighbourhood, big fire risk as no smoke detectors in the rooms, heater was a portable one and partly melted (again huge fire risk), windows did not close properly, room smelled of smoke, bathroom too, the conditions of the walls, bed, sink, toilet, shower, and chairs were deplorable and the only exception being the TV, of all things (which was small, but at least in OK condition)! They probably let junkies stay at the hotel, following an unprompted conversation I was forced into by another guest in the elevator. people tried my door with their key cards multiple time throughout the night (it did not open, but super sketchy). on check out in the morning nobody was attending reception. overall... just stay away from this place!
