Quite frustrating.
Pros:

Nice layout , good service

Cons:

Bedsheets and towels were dirty, aircon was not cold (not maintained), smelly drainage in toilet .

Ambiance, buffet type breakfast, shuttle to the airport, helpful gents staff at the check in counter

We were shifted to Cakra Kusuma, for renovation work or any other reason ?
A/C wasn't working .
Doors in bad condition due to wetness may be.
DIDN'T TAKE COGNIGENCE OF ROOM CHANGE REQUEST.
Ladies staff commenting on us from the counter.
No help to carry baggages.
Limited fruits served in the breakfast.
