El hotel Sorriso es un lugar encantador, con gente muy amable y simpática. Todo estaba muy limpio y el servicio es excel

Pros:

Personal ist super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, trotz unserer späten Ankunft wurden wir noch herzlich empfangen. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist sehr schön und das Frühstück dazu auch sehr ausreichend. Bei Fragen konnte man sich immer melden und das Personal hat sich sehr aufmerksam um alles gekümmert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren leider etwas wenig eingerichtet, keine Deko , keine Bilder und etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Bad.

Netter Aufenthalt direkt am Gardasee
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert, das Personal war sehr freundlich & sowohl das Frühstück als auch die Optionen fürs Abendessen sehr lecker!
Am ersten Abend hat leider das Wasser (zwischen 21:00 und 22:00) nicht mehr funktioniert, jedoch wurde das Problem am nächsten Morgen sofort behoben.

Kiváló reggeli, nagy választékkal. Szállásadó és a személyzet nagyon kedves. Kerékpártárolás és parkolás megoldott. Átutazáshoz, pihenéshez nagyon ajánlom a szállást.

Pros:

Hotel zadbany, wszystko sprawne. W pokoju bardzo wydajna klimatyzacja, lodówka i wygodne łóżko oraz balkon z widokiem na jezioro Garda. Śniadania dobre, jest kawa, sok wyciskany z owoców bezpośrednio przed spożyciem i świeże owoce.

Cons:

Plaża w pobliżu hotelu mała i bardzo kamienista ale da się tam wypocząć. Brakowało mi warzyw na śniadaniu.

Familiengeführtes Wohlfühlhotel

Die Unterkunft war sehr nah am See und dadurch konnte man super schnell baden und am See spazieren gehen. Die Inhaberin Claudia hat uns sehr freudig begrüßt und es gab sogar ein Zimmerupgrade. Dankeschön dafür! Das hoteleigene Restaurant war sehr lecker - frische Pizza und hausgemachte Pasta. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich - frisch gepresster Osaft, Käse, Wurst, Obst, Müsli, hausgemachte Kuchen, Eier etc. Die Dachterrasse haben wir ebenfalls genutzt und sie war wunderbar. Hier gibt es allerdings noch Potential was ausgeschöpft werden kann. ☺️ Es ist ein wunderbares Familienhotel was wir empfehlen können!
