It was a typical Hotel, Nothing to be a better experience then any other Hotel chain. Wifi was no t great had to use my phone for internet. No movie selection on tv

Clean and great place to stay
Pros:

This is a well placed Hyatt place location. It’s very close to a lot of the big things that you would want to get to in the Kansas City area. It’s right next to the highway, as long as you don’t have a room facing the highway, you don’t have to worry about highway noise. Noise level from other rooms and the hallways, isn’t too bad usually. Every once in a while, there’s a kiddo who’s running around on the floor above you. Or allowed adult in the hallway after the bars close. There’s lots of great places to eat around. The hotel is always clean. Everything always works. The pillows are super fluffy. The stuff is incredible.

Clean Modern and Welcoming
Pros:

Clean, quiet, modern. Room setup flowed great. Comfortable bed, extra pillows.

Bathroom was great, huge walk in shower.

Way above my expectations.

Perfect Hotel for a Conference
Pros:

I really appreciate having been given a room at the end of the hallway, which made for a quiet stay. The room itself was U-shaped, not the typical hotel room layout, which I liked. The staff was friendly. Liked that the location was walking distance to the Central Market and a few other restaurants.

Cons:

I believe I liked pretty much everything.

Awesome Hotel! Will definitely stay again!
Pros:

This Hotel is Fabulous! Clean and staff was very welcoming. There is plenty of places to eat in this area. You can quickly get to any part of the KC area. The pool is nice as well. I've stayed here on multiple occasions.

Don't stay here.
Pros:

charged $2(!) for self-parking. Petty. I hate special charges. This particular one was the limit. Will never stay at this or similar properties.
