The Hyatt exceeded my expectations with their facilities and staff.

Basketball tournament stay
Pros:

Location was perfect. Great BBQ restaurant next door and another great restaurant across the street. Other businesses were close by which made it convenient. We stayed for a basketball tournament which was only a 15 min ride away. The breakfast had something for everyone to include sausage and hard boiled eggs for sources of protein. Toast, bagels, French toast sticks, scrambled eggs, yogurt, and fruit were also available.

Overpriced parking.
Pros:

$80 a day to park our 2 vehicle's and being a Hyatt rewards member are not acceptable. What's the point of being a rewards member when the perks are so weak.

Stay was underwhelming and felt like property was overpriced for the value.

Location and 24 hour coffee

Cons:

Staff was scarce. when i called to try and get a wake up call i had to call 3 times before someone finally answered. Also when i came down early in the morning to checkout i had to wait a while for a front desk attendant so i could get a receipt. Also the phone receiver in my room 313 was broken so had to use speaker. Also i had to pay $20 to check in 30 minutes early because it was not 11 yet. I am marriott bonvoy gold member and i was not impressed.

Everything about he place was amazing. It was clean, the breakfast was amazing, the bathroom was supper modern and had all the amenities. The desk was huge and the fridge kept things cold. The location was ideal for our trip.

IF there was one complaint about the place it would be that the room was a little small.
