It was central for my work purposes.
Room was cramped.
Staff always helpful and polite.
Limited car parking, there was an event which meant the car park was full on arrival. It was crowded with people when i was trying to get to reception and hard to get through with bags/dogs, etc.
The room was very small and the carpet was stained. The window looked out onto rooves, not very nice. The music from downstairs was loud in my room.
Have stayed several times previously so knew the hotel and location to the event. Parked in public car park a few minutes away as I knew from previous experience the car park is small.
Everyone entering or exiting the hotel stood right outside our bedroom door taking very loudly and had dogs growling through the door. At one point, after 10pm, I opened the door and made the people aware it was a bedroom. They kept talking and dog kept growling. I was staying with my dog and my 9yr old daughter. I have previous stayed with multiple dogs in the one room and have always been considerate of other people staying in the hotel.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bed was fairly uncomfortable.
Great price, location, and Great accommodation.
Nothing to dislike
Really great
Room was freezing cold no heating in the room .
Bed sheets extremely cold and damp feel.one tiny fan heater that was insufficient. Slept fully clothed with a coat on.
Great location for what we needed
Nothing
Comfortable and lovely staff
All perfect
Excellent service from the receptionist Rian, thank you. He made us feel welcome and booked us a taxi for the next morning, coming to tell us over dinner it was booked and where it would pick us up.
Dinner was hot and delicious. The barman was clearly new and training and Rian came over after we had got our drinks to thank us for being patient with him.
The rooms were small, but comfortable and very clean.
Breakfast was cooked to order and well presented with quality products.
Nothing
Car parking was a little tight but I did manage to squeeze into the last available space. Parking is a huge bonus.
The signs indicating the way to rooms in the annexe are terrible - some of our party had a lot of trouble finding their rooms as a result.
We had a small, but spotlessly clean room with an extremely comfy bed.
For the price, it was absolutely fine, so I have nothing negative to say.
