Zimmer viel zu klein für 4-Personen....es wurden Mängel an der Einrichtung gemeldet doch diese wurden nicht behoben. Es war sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig

Lidt slidt og beskidt, hotellet ser træt ud. Flere lamper på værelset duede ikke.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Serengeti Park, das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und die Betten bequem. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank im Zimmer sowie Gratis Wasser. Bettwäsche und Handtücher frisch und sauber.
Frühstück gut und es wurde stets nachgelegt, es gab frisches Obst. Ansprechender Empfangs- und Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Möglicherweise gibt es auch neue Zimmer, unseres jedoch war jedoch recht ungepflegt (Fenster und Fensterrahmen, Spinnweben, fleckiger Teppichboden, Risse im Putz, ...) und an der Badezimmertüre hing noch ein Handtuch vom vorherigen Gast

Frühstück war in Ordnung, Familienzimmer war sehr gut

Cons:

Zu wenig Personal. Bei Ankunft kein SAT Empfang, konnte auch nicht gelöst werden. Das gesamte Hotel und die Aussenanlagen sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig. Keine Möglichkeit zum Essen oder an der Bar. Fahrstuhlbenutzung mit gemischten Gefühlen, rumpelt und manchmal öffnet sich die Tür nicht. Die kids haben ihn nicht benutzt, da ich derzeit gehbehindert bin, mussten wir ihn benutzen. Auf keinem Fall eun 4 Sterne Haus.

Based on our experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.
Cons:

We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
We were travelling with our children, aged 10 and 12, and specifically chose this hotel because we were able to book a family room with one double bed and two single beds. This was clearly stated on Booking.com, and the hotel even confirmed the room type by email prior to our arrival.
However, when we checked in, we were given a completely different room with one double bed and a worn-out sofa bed. We immediately contacted reception and pointed out that we had not been given the room we had booked. The hotel acknowledged the issue but informed us that they were unable to provide the room we had reserved. As compensation, we were offered ice cream and soft drinks, which we did not consider reasonable given that we had paid more than €180 for the stay.
The room we had booked appeared bright, modern, and newly renovated in the photos. These images and the room description were a major reason why we chose this hotel. The room we actually received was of a completely different standard — dark with bad ligting, outdated, and heavily worn, with patch-painted walls and clear signs of poor maintenance. Had photos of this room been shown on Booking.com, we would never have booked it at that price.
We had specifically booked a room with two single beds so that each child would have a proper bed. Instead, they were expected to sleep on a dirty sofa bed, which we found completely unacceptable. Overall, the room appeared unclean and showed obvious signs of neglect.
The hotel’s list of facilities also stated that air conditioning was available. This turned out not to be true. There was only a fan in the room, which cannot in any way be considered a substitute for air conditioning.
The beds were uncomfortable, and there were even holes in the bed linen, which is not an acceptable hotel standard.
Breakfast was also disappointing.

Pros:

Great breakfast, good space, easy parking.
Nice pool and sauna.

Cons:

A bit too cool water and quite firm beds (i am a bit sentitive and prefer supersoft).

Für einen kurzen Trip würde ich es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Für den Preis darf man nicht meckern. Für eine Nacht ist es auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Es war etwas muffig und in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr günstig.

Cons:

Wenn man mit Kindern reist, die morgens nur ein Brötchen essen, dann ist das Frühstücksbuffet für 17 EUR pro Nase vielleicht die falsche Wahl. Alternativen gibt es im Hotel leider nicht, aber 500m weiter gibts einen sehr guten Bäcker mit angenehmen Frühstücksambiente.
