Good location between two different metros (about 10 minute walk). Staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke great English. Elevator seemed newer and was always working. Room was more spacious than we were expecting for Paris. Our bathroom was huge though wondering if we had an accessible room as the shower was zero entry. It was spacious with great water pressure and heat. Water did splash out quite a bit. Loved opening the windows to let in fresh air and enjoy the charming street. Great property and value. Definitely exceeded expectations.

The photos on Expedia are misleading. This hotel is advertised as a 4-star boutique, but in reality, it feels like a worn-out 3-star motel at best.

I stayed 4 nights and paid nearly $350 per night, a complete rip-off. My room on the top floor had a Parisian balcony, but that was the only charm. The rest was terrible: dusty walls, fingerprints everywhere, cheap and old furnishings. The separate toilet was a joke — so tiny you couldn’t even close the door, and the bathroom door itself was literally ripping apart. On top of that, the AC barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable.

For the price and rating, this was a huge disappointment. Overpriced, badly maintained, and nowhere near the standard promised

Walking distance to Metro and other transport. Also easy walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. Room was very clean and the shower was excellent :-)

Very nice hotel, located close to Vatican, Castel St Angelo and Piazzo dei Poppolo.
It has an elegant classy style, rooms are very spacious with high tall ceilings. Great AC!! The breakfast buffet is great.

Some rooms had WC and Shower separate. Doing it in one place and washing your hands in other place !!
besides that, it was a very good place to stay !!!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast had nice selections, and was fresh. Check in process was quick and easy. The hotel itself is in a nice and walkable area. There are restaurants and bars nearby. Metro is a short walking distance and gets you to main attractions. We loved our stay there.

We had a nice stay in the hotel. Our room was not cleaned after the first night but I think it is because you need to put the sign out. It is good trek to most sights.

Fantastic accomodation in a great location. Room was spotless! Brilliant blackout curtains and soundproofing. More spacious than expected. We bookes a room with a terrace, and thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside every evening for a while.

Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Super quiet room due to facing an interior courtyard and the windows do a great job of blocking out city noise. The hotel breakfast is self-serve, honor system. But pretty expensive. We found plenty of really close bakeries to walk to and enjoyed freshly baked pastries and eggs there. We definitely would stay here again.

Location was great and room size was nice for a Paris hotel.

This hotel is not a 4 star by any stretch it's barely a 3 in my opinion, the rooms are tired paint peeling off the walls, scuff marks everywhere very dark and moody decor felt very out of date and not high end at all.

The lobby felt more like a youth hostel than 4 star hotel. The staff were helpful and offered us early check in which was appreciated but overall I was very underwhelmed by this hotel as it just didn't live up to expectations.

The rooms were generally clean but the fixtures and fittings were cheap and the beds were uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as a more higher end hotel.
