Pros:

Todo impecable, la limpieza, el desayuno muy bueno, no había tiempo de espera, la cantidad de ascensores hace que no tengas que esperar para subir o bajar. Y por sobre todo la ubicación es excelente, te permite ir y venir con mucha facilidad a pie. Dejé cosas de valor en el cuarto un par de veces y no tocaron nada.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Just home after staying here for 5 nights with my mother this hotel is amazing rooms were so clean and the beds are very comfortable , the breakfast is so good big selection of food to cater for everyone saves you a lot of money on breakfast

Muy buen hotel 100% recomendable
Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion cerca de varias atracciones turisticas. El desayuno buffet es excelente, hay mucha variedadad. El personal de recepcion tambien hablaba español lo que me facilitó mucho las comunicaciones.

Cons:

La web no es agil. Las respuestas a contacto por la web o por correo demoran mucho (dos dias). La pagina web no me permitio realizar el pre-check in, salia error.

il Riu si è rivelato pulito sia nella camera che nelle aree comuni, mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che la stanza non abbia la moquette . tutto il personale gentile . Colazione di livello , varia e abbondante.
