Frokost meny var bra men dårlig renhold klagde nesten daglig. Bra med butikker og restauranter i nærheten. itilegg i nærheten av Topkapi, Aya sophia, blå moske var ett pluss

Todo el personal muy amable y atento EFE AKSOY, muy amable y nos ayudo mucho con todos, 100% recomendable

Muy bien ubicado céntrico aunque quieres salir de vida nocturna escoge cerca del rio pero ahí es cerca cruzando el puente con taxi.

Great location and friendly staff, combined with a fantastic rooftop restaurant for breakfast.
The room could do with a bit of maintenance, but overall a very enjoyable stay.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht empfehlenswert. Das inbegriffene Frühstück sah abgestanden aus und es gab auch keine vernünftige Auswahl. Statt frischer Milch für den Kaffee gab es Milchpulver. Das Zimmer ist alt, versifftes Mobiliar und die Sauberkeit lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Allgemein war sehr gut

Les chambres sont très bien, l'emplacement est parfait si vous voulez profiter du vieux Istanbul

Overall hotel was nice clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful but some front desk staff were little forceful on offering excursions and private taxi service in €uro which was a LOT more expensive than paying in Lira and didn’t like it when i declined the offer.

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were Amazing.

However VERY disappointed with the fact there was no mention on expdia that there is NO LIFT in the property. It was difficult to climb up and down 2 floors for me as a person with mobility issues.

Au niveau des escaliers, la construction de l'hôtel quelque peu fatigante - chambres d'1 côté opposé à la terrasse (escaliers en colimaçon)- Cependant, la vue de la terrasse est assez agréable et le Monsieur qui tient le lieu très sympathique.

Poor experience too many bed bugs in the room lot of stray dogs outside hotel and no cleanliness inside the hotel

Not enough facilities and communication was not good

El desayuno magnífico, muy variado y casero, servido en la terraza frente al Bósforo.
Las habitaciones un poco justas, pero limpias, las camas cómodas y con todo lo necesario.
La ubicación, a los pies de Santa Sofía, junto a una zona de hotelitos, restaurantes, bares...

Great boutique hotel. Walking distance to many attractions in İstanbul.
The staff is awesome and friendly. There is a private shuttle to and back to an awesome fish and meat restaurant called Yildizlar Restaurant. I recommend going there to experience Bosphorus dining.
The free breakfast served at the terrace on the roof is cherry on top. Not all hotels in the area offer that. The view is beautiful and Yurkish breakfast items are fantastic.
Hard on cars, but they have parking compared to many other hotels. Taxi service is available. Don't be scared of the two-way hill-y roads where one car barely fits, but they find a way to make it work although sometimes one car has to back out.
Easy access to restaurants of the area and convenient stores. You can safely walk out at night as the cafes and restaurants stay open till 4 am
We would go back there if we ever visit the area again.

Le personnel de l acceuille est tres gentil , les chambre sont un peu petite mais a ce prix la ca me semble totalement normal.

The hotel itself was fine...few things i feel it wasnt up to .. the stairs are very narrow and steep....very scary to go up and down and with a suitcase its even worse.
The mattresses definately need replacing as the metal springs poke through when you lying down.
Breakfast i not very international and only local teas available.....staff was friendly.

Loved the roof top deck with great breakfast and views. Staff was delightful and always willing to help. Location was great. I would recommend the owner stay away from the property and allow his staff to do their great work. He was surly and rude to both customers and his employees

Excellent long term stay in very clean and new 2br condo with kitchen for our family! Hadir is a great friendly owner that made us very welcome as he is always available, professional and knowledgeable and so is his attentive staff. Nice breakfast was included and served on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Safe and quiet location is superb with Hagia Sofia and sites in easy 5 mins walking distance. Also Sultanahmet tram is right there just in case for easy access to anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
