According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Barulho de vizinho sem educação. Poderiam colocar os hospedes mais espaçados um do outro...já que o hotel estava vazio.

Paguei 2 diárias e tive que sair um dia antes por motivos familiares. Não quiseram me devolver a diária não usufruida e nem deixar como crédito. Não acho justo e não vou mais me hospedar lá. Cobram com antecedência e não tem conversa...não gostei.
O hotel é bem novo, a recepção muito linda e os colaboradores muito educados. O hotel no geral é muito bom.
Alguns pontos de melhoria: 1- o boxe do banheiro é muito escuro, ou seja não há luz e a onde de toma banho é muito escuro, somente com a iluminação do resto do banheiro. 2- A quadra fica sempre fechada com cadeado e toda hora tem q pedir para alguém abrir, não faz muito sentido isso. 3- Mensagem automática sobre do hotel sobre o horário de chegada é péssima e rude. 4- Ar condicionado é muito barulhento, impossível de dormir com o ar ligado. 5- Poucas informações sobre serviço de quarto.
