Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Estadia maravilhosa! Conforto, elegância e excelente recepção
Pros:

Quartos muito amplos, camas realmente confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho limpas e higiene do quarto realizada perfeitamente. Diversas opções no frigobar e no cardápio do hotel e dos restaurantes do hotel. Sem dúvida a melhor hospedagem que já adquiri. Café da manhã também mais do que suficiente e infraestrutura maravilhosa em todos os ambientes! Equipe muito bem instruída e educada. O hotel é maravilhoso e por tudo o que oferece o custo-benefício vale muito a pena.

Cons:

Apesar de ter uma janela ampla no quarto, a iluminação deixa muito a desejar! Durante o dia a luz do sol dá conta, mas à noite as luzes do quarto não são suficientes. São poucas e muito fracas, a ponto de me incomodar não enxergar direito as coisas. Outra crítica é em relação à temperatura no hall dos andares, achei a recepção e o restaurante do hotel muito agradáveis mas a temperatura dos andares é bem mais quente! Porém o ar condicionado dos quartos funciona perfeitamente e sanou esse problema. Quando contratei a hospedagem não me atentei que a voltagem do hotel é de 220V! Mas tem um bom secador nos banheiros e eles emprestam ferro de passar na voltagem 220.

Foi uma experiência muito boa conhecer Paulínia e nos hospedar no Vitória.
Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom. As partes comuns são confortáveis. A garagem é bastante ampla.

Cons:

Não houve reposição do líquido para a hidro massagem. Não houve reposição do sabonete da pia. Foi colocado somente um rolo de papel higiênico nos dois últimos dias.
Nossa estadia foi de 5 dias e não de 6 dias. Pensei que haveria estorno de uma estadia.
