Da ich hohe Erwartungen hatte, bezüglich eines vier Sterne Hotels, hat mir eigentlich gar nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Spinnennetze, der Sessel fleckig. Duschkabine Schimmel. Das Bett knarzt. Sehr laut im Zimmer. Keine Minibar. Sehr kleiner Fernseher. Sehr schlechter WLAN Empfang. Der Stuhl am Schreibtisch völlig durchgesessen. Tote Insekten und Blut an der Decke. Eigentlich alles in allem eine Unverschämtheit für ein vier Sterne Hotel. Frühstücksangebot im unteren Preissegment.

Mit das beste Hotel das ich so kenne, hier kann man auch Ruhe tanken

Das Frühstück ist einfach nur lecker, mit das beste was ich im bergischen überhaupt kenne. Nette Mitarbeiter,
bin seit vielen Jahren dort Stammgast. Das Schwimmbad top. traumhafte Aussicht.

Cons:

Die Reglung mit der Sauna ist sehr schlecht, immer vorher vorheizen, dann wird das Teil nicht richtig warm für den
Durchgang, alles sehr umständlich. Habe ja Verständnis wg. Stromkosten, aber immer wieder hochheizen kostet
viel mehr Energie. Saunazeit ist ohnehin eingeschränkt. Dann nehmt doch 3€ mehr und lasst den Ofen an.

Pros:

Ich hatte eine günstige Übernachtung gesucht. Mein Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Es erfüllte genau meinen Wunsch: das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Leider hatte ich keine Gelegenheit, die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels zu nutzen. Ich hatte einen Parkplatz problemlos bekommen.

Cons:

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
