Pros:

I liked the layout of the king suite and the on-site amenities. The beach had plenty of people enjoying the space without being remotely crowded.

Cons:

I thought the pool hours were weird. The gate doesn’t unlock til 9am, but I would’ve liked to use it much earlier in the morning.

Pros:

I loved the location!! The room was a great size and the staff we met were really nice.

Cons:

Our room smelled. We found mildew/ mold on the A/C unit. It was supposed to be fixed but they just cleaned it... the smell stayed. Our friends were across the hall and their room didn't smell at all.

I did not like that. There were no stairs to come up and down, and I had to use the elevator and I don’t like to use elevator elevators if possible.

The location was perfect. Loved the beach access and the on-site restaurants. Getting in and out of the parking lot was super easy.

Location was good and the staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and smelled good.

Cons:

Staff was nice but not knowledgeable, seemed new and some could not speak english. There wasn't information on area activities, shopping and eating in the hotel and or our room.I was given incorrect information regarding chair and umbrella rental causing us to have to sit on the beach because they pulled the rentals two hours before the staff said they would.
