Amazing as always.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff, amazing breakfast is included. Free airport shuttle and super comfy beds.
I book at least a couple nights a year. Calgary is my layover city so for the past 15 years and this the best hotel and will always book there

Don’t swim in the pool unless you want to buy a new bathing suit

Close to the airport. Nice size room

Cons:

Used the pool for about an hour. And in that time it completely bleached my bathing suit and ruined it. Was told on a Sunday a manager would call back. No response yet. It’s Friday. I’ve called and left several messages and was also told to send an email. Nothing. Terrible customer service.

Great place to rest your weary bones!
Pros:

It was close to the airport, the bed was very comfortable, they held my room for a very late arrival and the let me stay past checkout time as I had an afternoon flight to continue on to. Perfect!

Arrived at midnight. Airport shuttle was quick to pick is up. Quick checkin. Lovely large room. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast in the morning. Very nice staff.
