el personal de recepcion el dia de mi check out la mañana del 23 de diciembre a las 12:00 les falta preparacion , no saben como tratar al turista , falta de educacion y poco tino , la verdad lo mas decepcionante son las recepcionistas , ojala que eduquen a su personal porque el hotel tiene potencial pero con un Staff mal educado no dan ganas de volver

Unkempt amenities , overpriced, they know there are not many options and they take advantage of that

The view of the port is the most impressive thing about the place

I honestly never review but this place cracked me. The rooms were old, the furniture damaged, so were the curtains. Clearly since it’s the main hotel in the area they stopped caring about how it presents itself. Also for some reason the AC was on and the rooms were freezing. I wanted to ask the lobby for help but the phones apparently are there just for decoration. Lastly there are no common spaces where you could work and the elevators are the slowest ever. Also beware . I got a discounted price through booking and apparently that annoyed them because the lobby was less than accommodating . It’s really overpriced and the food at the restaurant is the worst you’ll ever have. Unfortunately, you won’t have much choice if you want to opt out but at least be warned .
