Good start, just little things that can be easily fixed.

Clean and good price.

Cons:

Staffs would be sitting down in the office and would be talking. Only getting up when you ring the bell even after looking in my direction. Happened twice. Soap dispenser in the shower was out of body wash. Real inconvenient when you are already in the shower. Coffee machine for the breakfast was broken the first day and I had to ask for plates.

A good hotel, and could be even better with small investments
Pros:

Rooms are good, but you should have micro and refrigator in all rooms - I had one but not at least 3 or 4 of my 7 friends who came with me. The breakfast is OK, simple compared to Europe but it's OK or good when you compare to the usual standard in North America. It is easy to live at the hotel, and there is lot of parking space (we had three large pick ups). The personal is very nice and helpful in general. Gold star to many of the personal.

Cons:

It seems the owners might be a little bit too economical, don't repair juice or coffe machines nor provides juice in another way or provide coffe in another way iof the machine breaks down. The personal tried to help the guests though but maybe the management had been too thrifty. A hotel should have one or two extra machines; as I am in the branch of tourism I know we have to always provide an alternative. Of course it means a small extra investment, but it's a small amount you invest to be able to always serve the guests - which is A and O in this business. The hotel could also invest in refrigators and micros in all rooms, as this is a hotel on the country side and many of the guests go out early and stay for a while it is very helpful to be able to store a few things in the refrigator. Small investment. I am going back with 7-8 friends next year, if there are refrigators in the rooms we will book here for two weeks.

There was something for breakfast for a celiac.

Cons:

Breakfast is still limited for a celiac, though gluten free bread was appreciated. However, had to ask for a new loaf to replace one with mould. Hard boiled eggs were also old.
Price similar to others in area that include hot breakfast.

L'hotel est proche de Calypso water parc, l'emplacement est magnifique.
Pros:

Mes enfants ont beaucoup aimé le petit déjeuner, c'était à volonté, la limonade et le café étaient trés bons.
Comme je commence mon petit déj avec du protéine, j'ai aimé que les oeufs en faisaient partie.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'acceuil des deux dames.
