The one to go too - Mall of America
Pros:

We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

What really stood out was the staff. The morning front desk teams on the 19th and 20th were incredibly welcoming, positive, and more than accommodating. They made us feel like valued guests from the moment we walked in. It reminded us of how hotels used to be, where genuine customer service and a friendly attitude were the standard. The staff really deserves recognition!

We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very enjoyable, relaxing, in a great location.
Pros:

I liked that Eric, the Manager and the staff were very accommodating with my stay. My two young daughters and I had a wonderful experience.

Cons:

I wish there would have been a hot tub.

My husband and I had our dog with us on our roadtrip and we're curious about Mall of America. We're glad we found this TownePlace.

The price and amenities for the location (across the street from Mall of America) was a great value for our overnight stay. Check-in was easy, and the front desk personnel was very welcoming. There were plenty of areas around the property to walk our dog, albeit close to the interstate.

The double room was large, sparkling clean and comfortable--plenty of room for our pup's dog bed. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, pastries and several hot items, even a waffle iron for fresh waffles.

We would stay at a TownePlace again in a heartbeat.

Nice clean room friendly staff.
Pros:

It was clean and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The pull out sofa bed touches the actual bed in the room so we couldn't walk between them when our son was sleeping. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and they don't give you new towels daily unless you ask.

I like to have clean the facility was and The breakfast was really good

Cons:

I did not like that each room had to be purchased separately therefore Texas were paid Separately And Deposits Were required separately Period that really held up a lot of money For us That we weren't expecting. Not to mention we had a cancellation going through booking.com for a hotel that was not suitable for our children so therefore we were waiting on the holds for that to be released as well. You should offer to your rewards customers zero deposit after so many stays or a single lower deposit for two rooms to loyalty customers. We were held up at the bank for nearly $400 that was untouchable during our vacation
