Muito bem localizado
Pros:

A localização excelente. Mesmo sendo perto da times Square, não tivemos problema com barulho. Muito fácil mesmo de se locomover, tinha tudo perto e, o que não tinha, era facilmente acessível de metrô.
O pessoal do hotel foi muito simpático.
A cama era bastante confortável.
Também nos deram vouchers de 1 bebida grátis por cada dia da estadia, o que foi muito bom, porque podíamos pegar água, coca-cola, café. Achamos realmente muito bom pelo que pagamos, custo-benefício ótimo

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno, foi um pouco difícil achar um jeito de abrir as malas. Se tivéssemos 2 malas grandes, ia ser complicado, porque ele era praticamente todo ocupado pela cama.

Clean hotel in central area
Pros:

Right in the heart of times square, close to the subway. Room was clean and we had 3 free drinks included in the stay (coffee/ beer/ wine). Hotel was quiet and they gave us the possibility to do early check in, as the room was ready in the morning

Cons:

We didn't have a window in the room, it was facing a wall. Nor in the bathroom.
The AC was very noisy and too close to the bed, facing the pillows.
Times square may be too chaotic if you plan to stay for long.

Excellent location. Has everything you’ll need.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Staff looked after our luggage when we arrived despite being hours early for check in which meant we could explore the city. Nice clean room. Not noisy at night despite being right next to Times Square.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was very noisy and we couldn’t switch it off.

Me gusta la ubicación, que está cerca de muchas líneas del metro.

Cons:

El tamaño de las habitaciones, es diminuto. Tuve una situación con el agua caliente, ya que tenías que dejar correr el agua demasiado tiempo para que saliera la caliente, y el primer día, fue mucho el tiempo que tuve que esperar y mucha el agua que se desperdició, y eso me hizo llegar tarde a una cita de trabajo, fue horrible.

Cons:

We did not have a city view window we had a window that starting at brick wall. The bed was really lumpy. The vent in the bathroom did not work so when you took a shower once you waited 25 minutes for the water to warm up, it would set off the fire alarm.

L’emplacement et la literie

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude ou alors au bout de 15mn. La chambre était faites tous les 2/3 jours. Très petite et vue sur un mur. Le climatiseur était bruyant.

Cons:

La puerta que acedia al pen house no tenia llave para cerrar la misma no tenia seguridad, el hotel no pudo resolverno y la consola de aire no estaba funcionando adecuadamente. Solicitamos la cancelacion al momento que nos dimos cuenta que no iban a resolver el problema solo a 2 horas de llegada al hotel , Ismael nos dio recibo de la penalidad de una noche manual nunca nos dio la cancelacion de la reservacion aun solicitandolo , tuve que llamar a servicios al cliente para notioficar lo que estaba sucediento y solicitar por medio de booking la cancelacion del mismo, al momento nos facturaron la estadia completa y no hemos recibido el rembolso de una Noche ni deposito que se dio por danos , al momento no hemos recido respuestas ni del hotel ni de Booking haciendo una experiencia desagradable, desilucionada y el servicio del personal no fueron amable siempre hostil,ahora q1uien nos responde cuandoi fue el hotel noi tener los servicios y seguridad para sus inquilinos.

Comfortable in a great location of you are tourist but need more accurate pictures and description

Location , bed was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

The welcoming was not the best, the person in the front desk wasn’t the most friendly. I sent messages before my arrival never got any answer, check in time when booking says 3 pm the fri t desk told me I could only check in at 3pm last but not least carpet cleaning would be great! It felt humid and dirty.

Location, right smack in Times Square. Also linked to an Irish Bar at the lobby.

Cons:

Staff not friendly, and ignored us when checking-in. Later, gestured us to wait by raising his index finger!
