Property is old, facilities are limited, colors are very dark and somehow depressing, my kids junior suite was old and all facilities especially the bathroom were overused. When we asked the front desk manager to change it he said upon availability we don’t have any other twin bed junior suites. Usually in such cases we get either a letter of apology or a complimentary gift, but he was that’s all I can do. When I told him this is going to be in my review, he was like yeah go ahead. Also, staff generally were not attentive
