Pros:

Trop bel hôtel, propre, très soigné, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Hyper calme en dehors de l'agitation de la ville ce qui est vraiment appréciable mais à la fois proche de la ville à seulement 5min en voiture.

Cons:

Petit bémol le petit déjeuner manque d'organisation notamment sur les plats à la demande, et lors de l'ouverture du matin problème de clés il faudrait penser à étiqueter celles ci afin de savoir quelle clé ouvre quelle porte cela éviterait d'ouvrir le restaurant avec 30min de retard.

Le petit-déjeuner était globalement satisfaisant en termes de qualité. Toutefois, plusieurs produits n’étaient pas disponibles en continu sur le buffet, ce qui a entraîné des ruptures pendant le service. Nous avons également constaté un retard au niveau du réassort et du service de la cuisine, générant de nombreuses réclamations de la part des clients présents en salle.

Je suis très déçu par mon expérience dans cet hôtel. Lors de la réservation sur Booking, le prix annoncé était de 250€. Pourtant, une fois arrivés à l’hôtel, le réceptionniste nous a demandé 300€, sans vraie explication. Ce n’est absolument pas normal.

Ensuite, la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentes sur Booking. La qualité était médiocre et il n’y avait aucune vraie vue. C’est trompeur par rapport à ce qui est présenté sur l’annonce.

Le pire reste le manque de professionnalisme du réceptionniste, qui a été irrespectueux, désagréable et franchement arnaqueur. Franchement, cette expérience donne une très mauvaise image de l’établissement.

J’espère sincèrement que Booking fera plus attention aux hôtels proposés sur sa plateforme afin d’éviter que d’autres clients vivent la même situation.
