The connection to the conference area was incredible as well as the facilities in general. The staff was super helpful and nice.
We stayed for 10nights in the presidential suite. On the top floor. The room was spotless and well set out. it’s on the same floor as the executive lounge, which is open 3-7pm each day with snacks, coffee, tea and juices.
The staff were all welcoming and friendly, and would always offer to help with anything we needed.
The food selection at breakfast was great and always fresh. Room service although a limited selection was good and delivered hot n fresh!
We didn’t use the swimming pool, but there are also light meals that can be ordered by a telephone in the pool area.
The hotel is in an easy location to reach and not too far from the town centre. There are many small cafes nearby too, if you wish to try them out.
Parking was easy, and sometimes the staff would park the car for us. No extra charges.
We will definitely stay here again on our return visit to Jogja.
